I'm having the same problem it's constantly disconnecting from the Bluetooth/App and I have my phone right next to me. Their response time is awesome. But it's very annoying it keeps disconnecting from app, so not sure if I'm keeping the service or not and support doesn't know what to tell me
confusing mess, Lively had 2 apps to work together?? Pairing device to app/phone is a joke and is constantly disconnecting. Horrible app, must be fixed for easier use and increasing user friendliness. I'm very computer literate and the 2 app thing is confusing to me. This is intended for elderly and disabled, they forgot about that. Hot mess.
This app is only for cell phones that are provided by great call. If you to try to use it with any other Android phone it will send you notifications that your account needs urgent attention even though there is nothing wrong with your account. This app in the Play store should be labeled clearly that it is only for the lively great call cell phones. It took me hours and hours working with customer service to finally figure this out. Nuts! Tech support at Lively should read these reviews. Each time you call support you get a different person and they CANNOT CONNECT YOU with the previous person so you have to start all over again. Finally got a really good agent who discovered the above information. Laborious, time consuming, frustrating process.

4 days of trying to activate device using both phone and internet, and STILL NOT HEARD FROM ANYONE or one of your aliens ! I am returning device and cancelling subscription if anyone ever gets back to me. What a disgraceful operation irregarldess of covid shortages.
Can never get app to stay open. Disconnects from my phone frequently even though phone on my hip at all times. Customer service couldn't help.
very hard to set up. doesn't meet industries standands. i have connected vids internet, but haven't been able to connect to Lively app.
This new app will not allow a connection with lively wearable2. It does allow you to push great call alert in app but not device! Hopefully Great Call will fix this aspect asap!
I'm new to Lively Wearable. I have called several times, accidently, and the person was so nice and understanding. She said not to worry about that and wanted to make sure I was alright. I definitely know now that how swift the response time. It was less then a minute.
This app won't stay open and disconnects from the phone.I fell today. It didn't call. I'm lucky I wasn't hurt. I'm spending 40 bucks a month. It doesn't work all the time.
Good idea, but every time Bluetooth got disconnected it took a call to customer support. I ended up cance)ING my service.
I would make the star button a two press feature to prevent accidentally triggering it.

Had trouble with the fall connection . Finally have a new device that so far seems ok.

Things have been fine up until recently. For some reason my device disconnected from the app. Restarted the phone and app, updated the app, removed wearable device, attempted to reconnect the device several times with no luck. Attempted to call customer support several times, but after I make my selections nothing happens. No wait music, no ringing, nothing. If customer support is only available at certain times, I have not come across any sort hours or time table.
