ridiculous that the newest update forces you to have a notification icon that brings you directly into the app, with no way to dismiss the notification. Then, when you disable the "persistent" notification (as they call it) in the settings, a warning is displayed that you won't receive push notifications and emergent information. Asinine that you cannot disable the "persistent" notification, and allow for push notifications of emergent/important information at the same time.
It used to work fine but now I need to close and re open the app several times in order to get it to work. Wifi or reg service doesn't change its responsiveness. Maybe too many people use it for its capabilities?
This app is cumbersome and annoying. Despite giving it permission to use my fingerprint to authenticate, I have to fill out my password, name, email, and work affiliation every time I go to use it each day. And the way the survey is constructed graphically is not user friendly.
The shuttle tracker has never worked for me in the app and it is a major inconvenience considering it is the reason I downloaded the app. However it still has nice features.
Works great for my tenants. They are able to access our emergency procedures and send our dispatch center pictures or texts if they aren't able to call. One thing it needs is if you have permissions, able to access the LiveSafe dashboard when your desktop is down.
App randomly stopped working, I've tried deleting and reinstalling and it is still staying stuck on the loading screen when I open the app. It worked great until about two weeks ago

I don't get any notifications. All notifications sounds are active. Not really useful when you work in downtown Minneapolis during this big trial & the unrest of recent events!!
Maybe you guys need to hire professionals who create apps. After putting some of my information it gives me an error code, and it seems that it's happening to a lot of others who are downloading the app.
It's fine for what it is, but what I don't understand is why I log in and have a profile, but have to manually enter my information such as name, phone number, and email address every single time I want to complete a health check for school. It seems pretty stupid to have an account, login, and still have to manually enter all that stuff. I'm just not impressed and I just can't fathom why it was designed this way. Such a waste.
Love the safewalk feature. The app is great. When I see a security or maintenance issue and was able to report it to the right place with a click of a button. The app is simple to use for even the technically challenged.
The app worked well for about 4 weeks, then stopped opening. It stays stuck on the intro loading screen, consistently reloading.
Wonderful to discreetly communicate with security but no notification to tell me they are asking for more information on how to respond. Notification sound would be awesome! Please add.
After the last update it had to sit at the looping loading screen for an extremely long period of time. After doing that it now loads normally.
Literally trash any competent CS grad could make 100 times better
Clunky, for an extremely simple questionnaire, it fails so miserably every single time.
I,always be safe at school,home and work and I will learn to be safe on the road until I get a license,reliable car and never text and drive and keep it eyes on the road and I always be respectful,responsible for grownups and helping others out and I always where I am,who I am then call for help.
I'm already registered it's still having me create profile. Pin is always invalid. Not happy with this app at all. Never worked
I'm on the finish profile page, filled everything out, press next, but I keep getting an error saying "An error occurred. If the problem persists, contact LiveSafe"
I have to do a survey to get to work, however by the time it takes me to get to work, the survey info gets dumped and I more or less have to resubmit it while in traffic. Please fix.
I no longer need the notifications via SMS as I no longer live near ASU. Don't see that option anywhere
I tried to get authorized to be a part of my colleges group. I must have typed in the wrong email but it won't even let me retry. It just keeps telling me I'm still unauthorized to join.
Having to register & agree, just to find out if a local organisation supports the app is lame. Rest of the app not reviewed.
After entering a value I need to press next some 10 timed for the next page to Appear . Not sure how this App has passed Testing and players like Google and Apple have approved the launch .
Anonymous feature works well, didnt have to be in contact with police to report a domestic incident which is what I was hoping for.
Multiple attempts to register. No verification e-mails sent.
Forced to create a profile, then don't use it. This is the worst app! Finding your organization is not user friendly, have to put the same profile info in every time, can't save or show ok screen if app closes. Have to take a screenshot then later delete it which isn't exactly the point of answering the questions every day. Poor design overall and needs a major update!
