LiveTrack only works with Magaya version 11 or more recent! The app will detect and let you know should you try to connect to an older version. If that happens, you or your logistics partner should contact Magaya for help with updating the system.

The answer is YES if the following applies to you:
1. Are you already using LiveTrack on the web? Great! Simply enter your logistics partner's 5-digit Company ID to connect. Your username and password are the same as in the web version. Hint: The partner's Company ID is displayed in your LiveTrack web portal by the company name.

2. Are you a customer of Magaya looking to improve customer service? Eliminate emails and phone calls by giving your customers visibility whenever they need it with LiveTrack - the tracking app and logistics portal integrated into Magaya's software products. I can't even sign in. They keep telling me check my credentials but when I sign into the shipping company online, I'm able to log in with the same username and password. It's very frustrating.
Useless. The company ID either doesn't even process or requires a login (depending on which one is used) with no place to actually register a login.
Very hard to get in the app at times...which is extremely frustrating. I does have to open and close the app multiple times before I can access the app
Worked well for the first use, now constantly crashing. Error message pops up saying the carrier needs to update the app. This is very Frustrating jetbox
The app works but I would like to suggest to ser in a history section were you can see your already looked up shipping without the entering a code. That would help a lot.
App doesn't work. Can't connect to server. So much problems and getting a response for help takes days. Obviously they don't understand the importance of customer service
Momentarily I have this App on my phone and both links for Desktop and Phone are not working properly. The Company is Jet Box International.
Like the idea, dislike the implementation. Sometimes the app doesn't recognize my couriers ID. App moves slowly like it's not sure how to function
Can't even login, I don't have connection issues! Doesn't recognise courier's ID, 31840. Developers do not even pay attention to reviews!
I could login successfully and see all my transactions. I love this app because is very fast and friendly. I trully recommend it.
It has the right features but it crashes to often and it's a bit glitchy.
Worked well when first dl it. However, for the past two weeks it's saying internet issues whether I'm connected to wifi or data or it's saying unable to connect to server
Ok app.. it freezes sometimes or doesnt log in automatically, but when it does it works great.

The app seems to be unable to connect to server so its absolutely useless. Then on the odd chance it opens it says to check internet connection. I am from Trinidad just incase that is the problem.
