This app still at beta phase, not ready for phone use. While you can view it on your phone, I cannot stream to a Chromecast. Support staff keeps telling me that I need a Firestick. In an era where your entire life is run from your smartphone, this statement feels very 2000's. The Netflix app has set the bar way too high to accept less. The app also feels unfinished and unpolished. Not worth the $20 per month. Thanks but no thanks.

Great service! Other than very minor buffering, i think it's a winner! Other customers I've share this with are pretty happy with it as well. If you're having an issue with it, message me and maybe i can help with. Keep it up KCS!

horrible< freezes and kicks out ever 5 minutes. Very frustrating having to go back and open chanel 20 times to wait a 40 minute show, very dissapointed

tried 6 or 7 streaming services and none has even come close to this one, hardly ever buffers, have a box in back room and it streams great with this service, cant beet it for live tv

Shows and movies work...most of the time. Just irritating when they don't.

Wouldn't even let me sign in it kept rejecting rejecting me then when I finally got in it kept on freezing and it wouldn't work horrible horrible app FIX THE PROBLEMS PLEASE AND THEN I WOULD BE AN EXTREMELY HAPPY CUSTOMER, 👎👎👎👎👎👎

I use this app daily. I'm most impressed with the customer service. They respond quickly and most issues are fixed quickly.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS APP!!! If you're tired of the high cable bills then this is it. There's so many options! everyone in your family will enjoy.

Good. No complaints for $10/mth. It buffers but I still have my basic cable for rough days.

Logged out account logged back in said account invalid or expired. No service for whole day and there are funds in account.

All the German Channels not working any more. Having sent them an email, no answer I cancelled.

This is hands down the best app I have ever used! there have been glithes but for the money it is still a steal.

Finally a IPTV service that does not buffer, very satisfied.

No option to enter server url so it's a dummy app...

It won't even allow me to make a profile so I can use the app. There is no way to get started
