Used for a time and had no issues. Till one day all cameras disappeared. A sign in failure issue occurred. No info on how to correct it. My issue was corrected by: Clicking the app shortcut and click app info put on all permission. I still had a sign in error. Went into google play and click opened and then signed in. It worked. It was annoying to have 4 cameras and no way to use them. This issue needs to be improved by the app maker.
Been working for 2 years without a problem, then it stopped. App keeps crashing and camera doesn't connect anymore. Everything is up to date and app re-installed. Still doesn't work.
It's brilliant. There is only a slight delay a between RL and the video. Controls are easy to understand and the picture is a decent quality. Would recommend
Non existent customer service. The motion alerts used to work every time movement was detected. Now I open the app and it sends through batches of missed detections. Awful.
Would give 5 stars but it occasionally takes sixty photos without being asked to, and you have to manually delete them from the phone. So far this has happened every day with no real reason.
Really enjoy this app as it is easy to use. The only thing I would add would be the ability to connect the app to a google smart display or Alexa display - then it would be 5☆.
Its working fine except for the following issues. Speaker's beeping sound is to loud. Live video resolution is fine but when i checked the recorded video resolution its worst.
Before 24/5/2019 all my cameras were ok. After this date, all cameras are shown full black images or an error while trying to show the images. Please correct the app as soon as possible.
I've had many camera thru the years, this by far is the worst one Ive ever tried. Could have just got a bad one but, I will never use this brand again. Even reset wouldn't work, I mean as can even feel it like it wasn't there
On 1st. Jan 2020 the app stop working on all my WiFi cameras.Now I have to connect internet cables to my cameras in order to use the app. App developer seems to have abandoned the app because websites associated to the app manual is now showing other things.
Norton doesn't like this app. Camera shuts down when temperature gets around freezing To stop annoying beeping i cut wires to speaker.
Horrendous. Does not work. Unable to complete the connection process on android or iphone. Cant even return the product. Rip off.
Great until 30/08.Since then having serious connection issues.Unable to log in for 24 hrs. Worked ok again yesterday evening.Now sauing I have no cameras linked!I have 4!! Not drketed any. What's happening?
i m facing problem after installing this app there is no bar code scanner n if i add manually it says failed connection even if it is connected to the wifi i have restarted the camera installed n uninstall app as well what seems to be the problem??
not working anymore!i cannot view the camera.the app always stopped even if i use other phone or in laptop password incorrect.i reset the camera many times.still not working.
Was good before the update now i cant view it unless im connected to the same wifi as they are no more viewing from work has to be on the same Internet
Unable to register or login, says check you network connection. Their server is probably down.

I bought the Claud Service from this App, but it doesnt Work. I lost time and Money. be carreful.
Comes up 'Request failed, please check your network' when trying to sign in. Says the same no matter what.
Very bad after updating not working every where,just with same wifi
Have been using this app for over a year now on 4 Fredi IP cameras, and it has always worked well and reliably. Also works seamlessly over mobile network if I'm out and about. Unfortunately I don't think it's compatible with the latesd onvif protocols so doesn't work with all IP cameras, but fine with my Fredi ones. Also no ads or fees to pay, unless you want cloud storage - I don't. Very nice app if you have suitable cameras.
