App doesn't work on older phones. Had to postpone my appointment until tech support looked into why the app crashed on opening every time and it turns out it's my phone that won't support the app so I couldn't use this service and now have to wait a month for a phone call from the GP (my phone's not even that old.) Two stars instead of one though as everyone I spoke to at Livi were fantastic and very helpful
Installed four times as every time the provided pin number came up as 'wrong pin'. Infuriating and useless, good old fashion face to face please. If this is progress you can bloody we'll keep it. An absolute, total and idiotic farce. Most of a valuable morning wasted checking every, possible permutation to get it working. At least note pads and across the desk discussions yield results. Off now to stamp my phone into the dust
Very professional, face to face, video service that quickly and efficiently addressed my medical issues; even though it was Sunday lunchtime. I would thoroughly recommend LIVIbut found it helpful if you give as much detail about your problems, when filling in the pre-appointment form.
Was initially wary of using, but could not get an appointment with my own GP for a worrying issue. Not urgent enough for A&E, so I thought I would give this a go. Was annoyed to find out I needed to be verified before I could use it, (I would have signed up much earlier if I had known this) however, within 2 hours of downloading the app I had been verified, my GP practice linked, spoken to a doctor and got referral booked with confirmation sent to me. Very impressed
Because the GP "couldn't confirm my identity" the appointment was cancelled. Eh? *They* just contacted *me* on the mobile number registered for me on *their* records, using an app that I had to log into. How much more confirmation do they need??? If I go to the GP surgery in person they don't perform that level of check. Total nonsense.
Now impossible to open and use. VERY frustrsting. It says I've installed it but it I am no longer able to open the app and make an appointment. My daughter is ill and I can't do anything about it. No problems at all before today (not used the app since Feb when all worked brilliantly).
This app doesn't even open, after upgrades and uninstalling a couple of times. I've been in contact with developer who just told me my name + email address were shared with six other Livi App Users and the problem is still not solved NHS need and will know of this This app and your service up until now has been absolutely useless. I regret to have installed this app and moreover contacting you. It's been a waste of my time
This app does not open on my or my partners phones both are Samsung's. After contacting Livi their Tech support concluded that it is an isolated case and have done nothing to resolve the problem. Looking at the reviews on here it is not an isolated case.
I used the app taking all the negative feedback into account thinking I could always ask for a refund if it goes wrong, but it worked flawlessly. password worked on the first try, gp was on time and knowledgeable, 15 minutes and that was it. picking up my prescription in a couple of hours. thanks!
Downloaded app, entered all my information correctly and yet every time I try to book an appointment it says they can't find my details. Yet all information is correct! Absolutely useless
Worst app EVER. When you click the link to say yes..it doesn't work. 4 different people ...2 of which are tech savvy and 2 are not....then to be told we are doing it wrong...when it just DOESNT WORK. I'm in my 60s and do not need this. I have spent all morning trying to say YES to my appointment and now I have missed it. I'M NEVER USING THIS SERVICE AGAIN !
My GP asked me to use this service. I installed the App, after many reinstallations, ID identifications, emails to Livi support unfortunately I missed my appointment and the Livi App is stuck on "You're being verified". So I've wasted an afternoon trying to get this to work whilst worried about what I wanted to see a doctor about.
Was great for the two times the app worked now it won't even open on my phone. Been told that it should be okay now because it was a wide spread issue. Still doesn't work. Not exactly helpful when GPs are reluctant to give appointments nowadays, this is the only way I can get treated.
Used this app about a year ago... it was great... now it doesn't work on my phone or the wife's . Uninstalled and re-installed, still doesn't work.... so you can't see your GP anymore and Livi doesn't work .!!!!.. not good
Downloaded but every time I go into the app it just kicks me straight back out again. Rubbish. Update: have uninstalled and re-installed and still can't access it.
App will not work unless you turn on your phone screen lock. I don't want to do that and I can't use the app. Useless and silly.
App will not open on my device. Technical Support have confirmed that I am using the latest version and that I have sufficient capacity, etc. They promised to investigate further but appear to have just forgotten my request. Totally useless app!
Not a great start with this app. Had a video appointment tonight. But had no sound for the video call and couldn't hear me please help.. And my notifications are enabled and my phone is a Huawei p30
1st time using this service via the video app on Livi. Doctor was very understanding and clear about possible treatments and requirements for my medical condition. A very good alternative if you cannot get to see your doctor in person and i would not hesitate in using this facility again.
Everyone should have this app. Literally everyone. Booking an appointment only takes few seconds and the medical staff I have spoken with is absolutely fantastic and helpful.
What's the point of Livi app? Sent here to make an appointment, put all details in and then says "No more appointments". I can easily get that answer from my surgery.
I came to UK for few days for work and badly required a medical support. Tried registering it never got an OTP to verify. After trying hard i finally gave up.
LIVI is getting to be a very popular app, when I first started using it I got an appointment in 2/3hrs, now its 2/3 DAYS ....Still quicker than my GP though. Doctors are very thorough and friendly. Great service.
A really great app, easy to understand and follow, plus it helps to find out a bit more about one's own body, Thankyou. 😃
App is rubbish when asked to confirm my appointment their simply is nothing there to be able to confirm my appointment so the appointment gets cancelled.
App used to work great...now won't even open. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and on different devices and networks. Very poor....
Every hour I received notifications 'your appt will be in 1-2 hrs', an hour later 'your appt will be in 2-3 hrs', another hour later 'your appt will be in 1-2 hours time. Finally after 4 hours later, my phone vibrated! Then received a text message 'you missed the video call, you still need us then rebook. Doctor did stay on long enough for me to answer the call and didn't attempt to ring me back.
Waste of time!!! I photographed ID, did a selfie & submitted it ... now 24hrs later the web page is still trying to 'Verify' me! I missed my appt & the helpline was continually engaged.
Ive downloaded the app but am unable to access the app as every time I try to open the app it just resets, please can someone advise me as to what is going on with this LEVI app, I've recently been diagnosed with a brain tumour and I've tried ringing my go for an appointment but to no avail, they keep tell g me to do it online, how can I, when the app won't even let me into it?? Any advice or help would be GREATLY APPRECIATED, THANK YOU. PHIL.
Very Easy to use, the GPS are professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. They explain everything in an easy to understand way, including the next steps to take. The app is so easy to use, it really is foolproof, it remind you that your appointment is coming up, it explains every step and what to expect clearly and simply. it's definitely the next best thing to seeing a GP in person!
