Agility ladders??? Long Jumps?? IN A DORM ROOM? Living Room?? New level of trolling. Wow. I'm convinced that Fitivity is a spamjob. 500 identical apps. Thoracic Mobility nonsense, x jumping exercise, a quasi yoga drill, and pushups...Ballet, Crew, Football, all the same workouts REMARKETED 500 times.
