I gave it 2 stars because now my insurance company sent me a new BP machine & the app does not allow you to enter your readings except through the use of their machine. My new machine is a whiteing so there is no way to record BP, P, R any more just blood sugar levels & exercise. The app needs fixed to accommodate for this.
The app keeps closing. I called for customer support, they claimed they were escalating the problem, but no one has attempted to resolve the issue. Extremely disappointed!
Livongo changed app. Can't sign in locked out of my account now. Can't seem to get the problem fixed. Tried weeks ago and three times today still locked out. Don't know what is happening getting tired of trying.
My company went with another carrier. Now I have no access to any of my previous records. And I don't know how to stop sending records to Livongo. Everytime I use the scale, it is still sending the information to the app I no longer have access to. Otherwise it was a great app when my employer was with them.
Originally, the app worked pretty well, but lately it crashes an ungodly number of times. UPDATE: It appears that this week's Android update resolved the crashing issues for the most part. Restored 4 stars.
This app helps me focus on my meals & being consistent with meal planning. I love it. Since using Livongo app from 2020, I've lost over 16lbs & my A1c was 7.4 in summer 2021. It's down from 8...in 2020. Best tracker ever. And I love the challenges they give daily. No pressure...just reminders. It gives meal preps & activities to partake in if you choose to. If my readings are too high they ask if I'm OK & would I like a coach to contact me!
I love this app. It really helps me to be more aware of my health & habits. I luv that you can also photo graph your meals. I've lost about 40lbs altogether now
App is fine. Meter is way off. About 30 higher than my other two meters. Control solution says it's in range. This thing spies on you. Your doc will get all the readings. I'm screwed.
Great meter and set up. Wish it hade dark mode or a setting to turn down the brightness. But a great program to join...
My meter is not correct. When I called, the tech said,"Don't compare it with other meters." I have 3 meters from 3 companies. 2 were a point from each other. The Livongo was 30 points higher. How do you work with that?

This app doesn't allow you to delete data points. I live with four other people, two of which like to take their blood pressure with my unit. Their data points mix with mine. the graphing doesn't allow you to change anything. I want to modify, the period/dates of measurements, adding heart rate, giving trend lines. The user interface is poorly laid out and some area labels are misleading in what they can do. It will not sync with Garmin for steps.
I enjoy using this app because it keeps me motivated, occasionally in somewhat funny ways (i.e. I've never had the kind of motivation that Livongo app provides; even on the very easy weekly challenges). Never fails to put a smile on my face. Glucose reading logs are available for 1 day, 7 days, and 14 days, graphs, charts, and a lot of information available to help you. Personal coaching at the touch of a button as well as the ability to order supplies through the app. Diabetic Necessity! 👍
This is easy to use and is helpful in assisting you on your journey. It has lessons and they give you feedback. Not to mention the convenient and accurate connection with the scale. The only reason why I didn't give it a full 5 stars is I have to use another app to count steps. However I do use another free app that connects to it instantly.
I swim & do water weights for 2 hours 3-4 times per week...sometimes more often! There's no way to record my exercise. Also, the blood pressure cuff frequently has an error code. Sometimes it finds my wifi & many times it does not. Very frustrating!
