Buggy, won't let me make transfers from savings to checking as it always pops up with an error. Don't trust your credit score on the app is correct and will be what they use if you go in for a loan. In fact mine showed a little over 100 points difference between what the app shows and what they pulled. Constantly being charged overdrafts for transactions that did NOT overdraft, which is the one thing this app makes me thankful for; so I can see where all my money is disappearing to! Switching!

Continuously getting an error message when trying to launch the app. Says application has violated security policies and will shut down 1839:9C78, then shuts down. Bank knows nothing and can't access account from mobile app.. This has been going on for 2 weeks now....I

I would like the integration with Samsung's vault or fingerprint to make it better. Edit: Thank you for integrating the fingerprint!

Excellent on the go app for the LLCU facility. Very nice mobile for transfering funds. You can only show six accounts.

Useful when it works - just waited weeks for an update to get it working on my old galaxy s6... missed the mobile deposit feature the most.

Has improved soo much. Thank you for making online banking less stressful and for all the extra benefits..

So they still don't update on weekends but it does what it's supposed to for the most part. Still no 24 hour support.

1/2 time it works and 1/2 time doesn't. This weekend it cost me A LOT. I miscalculated what I had in checking compared to what I needed to spend and when I tried to transfer money from savings into checking to cover it before charges came back the app wouldn't make the transfer and froze up completely which resulted in 2 overdraft fees that were unnecessary had the app just WORKED! I couldn't call the bank because it was Sunday & they were closed. Not 1st issue either!

Always seems to be something happening with the app and online site. At times it is frustrating trying to work with it. The updated interface is nice and when it works it is a nice app but seems to have more troubled times than not.

The rolling balance is very confusing on the checking account. It is very difficult to really ascertain exactly what is going on. I have spoken to associates at different branches who also expressed their difficulty with this feature. A side to side comparison of withdrawal/deposit/transaction with new balance. I absolutely was completely unhappy with PNC bank; but their online app was very user friendly.

Horribly buggy app!!! Half the time that I go in to pay bills or check my balance, the app won't work correctly. It's constantly down! Makes me uncomfortable to even trust the apps security, since it rarely works right to begin with.

After the last update, my last account is now replaced with the question "show all accounts". I can't stop the app without doing a force close. Also tired of the persistent question on getting notifications, the answer is no, a million times no.

I used the App before this one for a very long time with no problems and now with this updated App its not allowing me access. Even the bank tried to get me access and couldn't. They told me my phone wasn't good enough for it. Every other banking App I have on my phone, work no problems at all.

User friendly interface. There is no guessing when trying to navigate around the app. I have accounts at 3 different banks and use all 3 apps. This one is by far the best one.

Update 9/12/21: App has been unusable since most recent update. Original: Not a bad app, when it's working. By my estimate that is approximately half the time. Constantly hit with error messages and unable to login.

I've used this app for about a year now and it was running perfectly until this new update. Ever since then I have not been able to use the app whatsoever. I'd open the app and try to log in but it always shuts me out saying I had to wait until 12/8 to use it. It's 12/15 and still not letting me log in and continues to say I gotta wait until 12/8. Please fix this issue immediately

I have tried SEVERAL TIMES to install this app. It will not work on my phone! I even purchased a new phone like I was told to do and it still doesn't work! Bring back the old app. at least it worked! This app is junk!

There seems to be an error with the app at least once a month. Or problems keeping or processing my info. So then more times than not, can't seem to get into the app to check my stuff.

I need to be able to fraud a purchase at any time of day on my app. It's 8pm and I just had someone spend money in another state and can't fraud it to stop it so I have to move my money to savings so it's not touched and then call and fraud my entire card. This is the second time in a matter of 6 months my card has been hacked. Do better with your security.

Overall, quite nice. Easy navigation with all the features I need. I don't enjoy how often I can't get logged in to my account. I like to think its down often for security updates.

Well my eperience was alright until the update came. I can not even log in at all and i tried everything to log in. I tried to enroll did not work at all. Hopefully this app gets updated. if not then what was the point of making this app at all. I really do see the point of to make banking a lot easier. But app needs more fixes and more effort in to this app. So plz try a lot more harder on this app to make work properly.

Very easy to use app.

Not to bad but I guess I'm on check systems and I can not take pictures of a check and deposit them because of that. App closes sometimes as I am trying to look at it and then will bit let in log back in.

This is unacceptable! Every since the update I've had to uninstall and reinstall the app because it freezes. Fix this problem or I'm moving my funds! Ridiculous...I'm still froze out.😡

Every time I try to use the app an error message pops up and I can't use it. Tried to call for assistance and got now where. The last time I could use the app was middle of September. I've had nothing but trouble with it. It needs to be fixed.

love this convenient way to check my accounts rather than to drive all the way to the bank. Especially when its freezing out side. Highly recommend this app for people who have a Land of Lincoln account.

I have the new s22+ phone and the app will not work. At all. I click on it and does absolutely nothing
