This app doesn't detect the WiFi SSID on Android v9.0. I had to use another phone with older Android version to connect with the AC & then login back into app in my Android 9.0 phone. Thats the wierd workaround I found. This issue in the app needs to be fixed inorder to support latest version of Androids.
My AC Model is LS19B 35JE. It is WiFi AC. I have been trying to set up the Wifi. I have repressed health button 8 times after AC started(within 5 sec) There were 2 beeps. Now when I enter a password, everytime it goes to 60% and says connection error. I stayed as close as possible.
The first you need to do is to register yourself on application for that you need have OTP, Which is where the problem starts even after you click "resend OTP" hundread times then also you will not OTP. Nobody helps you to register on application. I don't know why they provide such function is they can't provide service, simply skip it!
Not at all working, once I open the app, it's just crashed, and also taken logs from my phone. Same for last 2 months, but still no update, I am keep waiting for it. Please make it work for pixel 2 xl on latest Android
(where on earth I should find the complaint number, when there isn't any) unble to connect to wifi. always shows error popup while trying to connect to wifi. at 61% it always shows connection error. tried a hundred times and failed.
waste app, you should be connected to the same network to operate your ac, you cannot control it remotely and frequently crashes while operating. not a single update over last two years.
Okay this is really rediculus to see that an authorised App designed from company like Havells/Lloyd doesn't let you to register, as you don't receive OTP at all. I believe this must be intentional from the org. I have gone through all the comments below and all are complaining about the same since 3 months now. And the last update to the app was provided almost a year ago. Clearly customers service has not been given a priority at all. Really frustrated to get such experience 😔
Would have given 0 start if possible. Not getting any OTP . This wifi remote feature is useless without this app. I don't recommend anyone to buy the product just because of WiFi feature because it doesn't work
i ha buyed LS19A5DA-W wifi model two AC's, and i tried to connect through wi-fi usibg mobile app. But never was successfully connected. its gies all through upto 58% for setup and finally pops up saying unable to connect.
No OTP received even after atleast 15 attempts. The company technician provided someone else's login credentials and then the app keeps crashing. All this was 1½ month ago. Haven't heard from neither company nor technician. Didn't expect thus from a standard company like lloyd and specially when it's now owned by Havells. Very disappointed.
This app is a joke. It forces you to register in order to use the app and when you do register, you never get the verification OTP making this app completely useless! And the developer e-mail address is someone's private email! Way to go Havells! You can clearly see the professionalism!
After the recent upgrade to Android 10, this app stopped working. It just crashes everytime I open it. Before the upgrade the app was working fine. Please look into this ASAP.
Absolutely frustrating. It says it has sent an OTP to the registered no. But nothing comes even after using resend option. Hope the AC installed for me is not as bad as this app. I can't SIGN UP forget about signing in
not able to set up wifi and synchronize it. it says connection error after 61 % is done. hope it is a software application bug and they resolve it ASAP
This app( Lloyd smart AC Remote Control) doesn't even work at all, to sign in the account, the OTP is not generating to the registered mobile number. It is a shame on you, everyone in the reviews section replyed the same complaint. Not even a single reply for atleast a single person. It is better for you to reply and fix this problem immediately. We all spent lots of money to buy this LLOYD AC , you better fix this quickly.
App looks good yet not able to complete set up after 57 % . Help fix this error. Error connecting shown after 57% . tried connecting 8 times. Seems like a bug... Connecting with 2.4GZ modem.
My phone is Oneplus 7and AC is LS18135JA installed on 4 th June 2020, this app is not generating otp to my registered number and working in OPPO but everytime when power off's again have to configure with wifi from home and so it won't enable to control from other places when it powerd on after power off, even Llyod persons gave other number to loging in the application but again application is closing and crashed from Oneplus. Worst experience with this app let concern team to fix bugs.
Tried to install the app to use for Air conditioner. While trying to sign up, i never received OTP and could not proceed. So useless - unless OTP system works properly.
I downloaded this app on my phone and it works like a cham. I have another phone which is on android 10, on that phone app doesnt work. I guess problem is not updating this app with android versions. Hope this help other users as well.
dear team we are not able to login after entering username and password it is keep on didplaying please wait message. not able to perform any operation. sinup and forget password nothing is working. for every operation it is keep on retating. tell us what to do. is it the problem with ac or app
I got the OTP , my account is verified but my AC is not able to connect to my wifi router.. Device name is LS19A3OB-W . The app told me to reset using the button backside of my AC panel but there is no such button. Please reply for wasting my time atleast. Thanks
I have 2 Lloyd AC in my home of same model number ..I am trying to connect through Wi-Fi.one got connected and other one getting connected but not showing in device list.tryed so many times reinstalled app did all possibilities but second ac is not getting updated in device list..help me

Not able to connect wi-fi. During setup every time it was showing me connection error at 61%. Already tried with different internet setups but same problem.
