It's OK. Similar layout to the Halifax personal banking app but doesn't allow fingerprint login. I also would like it to be compatible with copy/paste functions or password managers because the use of individual complex passwords means it's impractical to be remembering them, let alone typing them in. It wouldn't be so bad if it didn't ask for the password again when transferring money to a known contact but the password manager compatibility (looking at other reviewer's comments) would probably help a lot of people out.

Its ok for basic account admin, but will not allow new payees to be added. Another annoying aspect is if you want to delete dormant payees, direct debit or standing orders it does not allow multiple selection for a single removal action. You have to go around the whole procedure over and over! This app could be massively improved..... just compare it with Barclays App and difference is like night and day.

Needs fixing. Previously loved this app. It's invaluable for doing quick transactions for my business, when I don't have PC access, especially as there's not a Branch in my town. However, recently, the app has failed to open, stating I don't have Internet access- but, I can open my personal banking app. This really needs fixing.

I have not been able to get the app to work for over a year now. I have changed phones, deleted and reinstalled several times but still nothing. I get as far as entering securit details and it just closes down back to my home screen. Have told Lloyds several times, and have emailed the developer. Heard nothing back at all. Really not good enough.

Keeps crashing at authentication. Used to work great but only worth deleting now. Wish they weren't closing my local branch if this the only option on offer. 050219 still crashing on authentication. This app just wasting ram. So strange the personal app works great on my Ipad and I'd give it 10 this just doesn't work at all. 010319 still the worst piece of software ever for a business user.

The app is not working, cannot even make payments due to a 'technical issues' error message. Tried reinstalling numerous times but the app doesn't reinstall. These technical glitches need addressing asap as the app is not currently for for purpose.

unfortunately I can't always be at my desk, therefore a reliable business banking app is essential. This however, this is far from reliable. 18 crashes in one day. I was waiting for a payment to come in, therefore was trying to get online to check payment had gone in. it crashes at every use. if I didn't need it, I would uninstall it now. it's not just because it's the tax deadline today, it's literally the worse app I have ever used. Very disappointing for such a highly respected company.

update: finally! fingerprint login enabled! still has a long way to go to catch-up with functionality of other banks though. orig: Not good enough. With other major banks, I can log into my account with fingerprints - or failing that, a pin. Seems difficult to achieve tasks I want to do while mobile. Other banks have implemented CAP into their apps, negating the need to have a card reader - your phone is the second device!

Same problem as many others, cheque scanning doesn't work / is greyed out. 8 months on, finally confirmed cheque scanning is NOT possible if you have "View only" access with the App . Why? It's not a security issue to pay in cheques??

After much trouble I managed to log in then tried to deposit a cheque. Hopeless - filling in amount and reference boxes blocks access to camera button with no obvious way of clearing the keyboard. Somehow I managed eventually to take pictures only to be told there was an error and to try later.

I've given up using the cheque paying in facility altogether. On average, 50% of cheques are rejected by the app, but no reason is given, even though on the face of it the cheque is perfectly acceptable. It would help if I could be told why it's being rejected, so I can approach my customer for a replacement. But no, the app gives no clue at all why it's not accepting the payment.. A but more user-friendliness would be appreciated!

Badic features fine / reliable. But 6 weeks I have been trying to scan & pay in a cheque and it STILL doesn't work! Have latest app version. And Barclays app works fine doing same thing. No branch nearby. But the tech is not yet a replacement. Not happy :-(

since the update I cant see all my accounts. I only have 1 page. Wont scroll down.I I am a signature on a lot of accounts. I have about 20 business accounts which I am a signature on. I used to be able to see them all before the update. When I sign in a get a list of accounts. There is no menu or set up unless I go into an individual account. There is no page 2 or anywhere to scroll down.

I have not been able to deposit a cheque via the app since the beginning of May. It allows me to do everything then review deposit and it logs me out. Log back in, it has remembered the photos of the cheque, reenter the cheque info and the same happens again and again. Uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing sorts it out!

Complete rubbish. The cheque imaging function does not work, logs me off each time I try to confirm image. Also you can't set up a new recipient. You have to use the internet version for that, so what is the point of this piece of trash?

Don't waste your time with this app. After spending half an hour entering passwords where the incorrect criteria was given on composition, eventually it just connects to the (mobile user unfriendly) website. I could have simply accessed this through my browser.

The business app is awful vs the personal app. I had to call today, and whilst I'd already authenticated via my fingerprint (definitely me) the telephony system still required additional authentication. Very poor user experience compared to personal banking app. The app also doesn't allow change of address - unlike the personal app. I love Lloyds, but for these reasons I'll be switching away for business use.

Absolutely appalling. It keeps crashing or takes a positive age to open. The personal banking app fautless but business variety dire. I've reported it 16 times to no avail and reloaded it 3 times with the same frustration. Avoid unless you're a very tolerant person would be my strong counsel!!

The app not even let me register. It is always said app inaccessible error code 8000068. Ring lloyds twice, they said it is fixed and wait for 24 hours to be accessible but that is nevet happen. Poor service and poor technology support for business client.

very frustrating - I log in securely but still have to enter a password when paying a regular account. Annoying that I can't send payments without the extra security. Why no fingerprint logon? Why no add payee via the app? I'm not always near a pc so it's very inconvenient.

Very poor and limited for proper Business Use. NO second/third authoriser for payments. I can't be part of the only Business organisation that requires multiple authorising for payments. And I can't scan and deposit the very few cheques received and have to take them into a branch. Not much use at all.

Update 8/11/20. Cheque deposits now seem to work I'll keep testing it and see if it works 100%. Other functions ok. 2 plus years on and im still having to deposit cheques in branch this app won't deposit cheques. just logs out. otherwise it's good. Update 03 June 20, still won't deposit cheques but personal app does, this is awful, especially as branches are being closed and more automated. Shows lack of investment/interest in customers for the problem not to be solved in well over a year. :(
