I can't use the biometrics...it just doesn't allow me to 3ven attempt 8t, I keeps giving me a message to get in touch with someone, you can't go back without beginning all over again. I'd love to give this app 5 stars but I really can't, please do something...

Loved this app always worked efficiently, but got locked out friday ,rang bank today explained what happen they unlocked it , gone on app put details in which i know are 100percent accurate ,app not opening i see im not the only one having difficulty since update etc so can someone please look into what the problem is ?

No longer works properly have been telling lmcu it freezes then kicks you as inactive and when u try signing in again says you already logged in on diff device for nearly 8months now and seems like lmcu not in hurry to fix it

Most friendly helpful staff in a relaxed atmostphere. Brixton was closed at the begining of the pandemic and Walworth Road accomodated customers wonderfully. Thank you credit union bank.

Does what it should but could be more user friendly by remembering your member number (because o never can) and/or supporting fingerprint log in.
