This was ok but my fingerprint stopped working then I got logged out and now I can't log back in as the app keeps stopping.
Was OK until it stopped working. Now stays on login screen with no way to advance forward. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but issue persists.
The app is really hard to login to. Keeps freezing on opening and is very sluggish, if you can login
Loved this app always worked efficiently, but got locked out friday ,rang bank today explained what happen they unlocked it , gone on app put details in which i know are 100percent accurate ,app not opening i see im not the only one having difficulty since update etc so can someone please look into what the problem is ?
Excellent updated app, now has fingerprint access. Can access all your accounts, send and receive messages, transfer money.
No longer works properly have been telling lmcu it freezes then kicks you as inactive and when u try signing in again says you already logged in on diff device for nearly 8months now and seems like lmcu not in hurry to fix it
Crashes on loading, very clunky
Some improvement but still almost impossible to use and the customer API is shocking.

Only able to access once. Since then not working.

Almost unusable since the last update.
Most friendly helpful staff in a relaxed atmostphere. Brixton was closed at the begining of the pandemic and Walworth Road accomodated customers wonderfully. Thank you credit union bank.

Will not let me login anymore. System malfunction error at lmcu.. using samsung s3.. i got a text saying we have a new app but i can only find this one again and it still dont work.
All it does is tells me I'm logged on elsewhere? I only use the app to login with. So now can't access money. Useless
Does what it should but could be more user friendly by remembering your member number (because o never can) and/or supporting fingerprint log in.
I can't use the biometrics...it just doesn't allow me to 3ven attempt 8t, I keeps giving me a message to get in touch with someone, you can't go back without beginning all over again. I'd love to give this app 5 stars but I really can't, please do something...
