LMN Time
LMN Time is a mobile timesheet application designed for landscape, construction, and snow and ice contractors. Not only does it track time for payroll, it also includes:
* Live estimated vs. actual hours tracking of jobs
* Material and billable activity tracking
* GPS verification of all clock-in and clock out events
* Supports 1-click links to street and jobsite maps
* Crew notes and reporting

LMN Time integrates with LMN's estimating, scheduling and reporting software so that information flows straight from the estimate to the schedule, then direct to the crews.. no double entry.
When the daily timesheets are complete and approved, payroll information can be imported directly into Quickbooks, or exported to a spreadsheet for import into a variety of payroll apps that support importing of daily timesheets.

It's not total garbage like some reviews make it out to be but there is a lot of room for improvement. Your FAVORITE feature will be the one that logs you out of the app when switching tasks or entering notes.. where you then get to re-enter your login info and redo what you were in the middle of. You will enjoy this feature 1-2 times a day. I've only gotten to enjoy it 3x once but I can always hope.
Absolutely terrible since the update. None of the functions seem to work such as adjusting time in or out for a task. Always tells you there's a conflict because your trying to change the time to a completely different time than what you set it for. Always has issues once it passes midnight and the date changes. I wish there was a way to revert back to the old version of the app because this updated one is completely non functional. Now I login to lmn on my phone's browser because app is useless
In app notification settings don't work, you have to use android's notifications settings to turn them off. Have to log in twice every morning. App does not use android's back gesture. Cannot switch jobs in some situations with multiple employees clocked in. App works mostly fine, but it has a ton of minor annoyances that make it frustrating to use.
WAS a great app for timesheets and billing. With the new update it is more office friendly, but not user friendly. Needs a huge update with all the bugs in it. Logs you out at random, needs a dark mode for night work, and if you make a mistake most times you have to delete the task. No way to edit jobsite times if task was added in error, you have to delete the entire task, and start again. Tons of potential if the creators and app developers listened to users, and read reviews and fixed bugs.
This app is terrible. Constantly crashes, never can upload pics, push notifications "remind me" to submit timesheet - when I've already done so for the day, and always have to log in twice before registering log in. I only use this because work forces me too. Otherwise, complete garbage. On both phones too. S8 and iPhone11 (work phone) 2 stars because the concept of this app is nice, that's about all it has going for it.
I feel this app needs a lot of work to make it better! Seamless clock-in and out, things needing to be 100% accurate, errors because of a simple minute off, lunch time clock in also has an error or just can't make it work at all. Just a very not so user friendly app!
New update = horrible. Screen clock times don't match (even after refresh) & it miscalculated a near 11 hour day down to 7 hours & change. I've checked my timesheet to the minute and all is bang on but the app can't add it up correctly. Whatever the update was supposed to do (improve)... it didn't. My co-workers feel the same. We're all having problems with the update. I'm usually understanding of updates & the odd glitch, but this one has me wondering? The app lost all its speed/convenience.
Congratulations, I think you've made this even more convoluted and difficult to use, especially on the fly and in the field, its infuriatingly difficult to use, not user friendly, impossible to adjust task or get employee tasks correct, times are all jacked, won't let me save anything and constantly tells me there are conflicts when there aren't any. Well done!
It needs an offline version. Several job sites I'm at have very little cell reception so I have to write my times down then when I get to an area with reception I have to enter all my times in making it not worth my time to even use the app. Now I'm having a new issue. Everyday when I sign in I have to sign in two or three times before it logs me in. With so many apps out there don't pick this one. Same issues for months upon months Update problem still exists and no help from customer service
New look doesn't compensate for lack of functionality. 3 steps backward. Spending more time trying to figure out 20 more steps for adding workers with different clock in times, adjusting the time for lunches, splitting crews. It's been very frustrating!
Changed interface, decreased usability. Was easy to use. Now it isn't, constant issues with having to log back in, loading icons that never go away, app crashing. Totally changed my opinion on using the software after two years of previously satisfied use.
The UI is fairly intuitive, yet there seems to be major server delays on the android version. I have noticed this with both submitting timesheets, job specific pdfs, and employee lists. It needs a preference setting that android can change the cache setting more frequently....
wow. the new update is awful. I don't how you could take something that was almost wholly functional and break it so badly. My time to complete entries has tripled. The Ui is more awkward, god help you if you need to adjust anything, this is like going back in time to 1984. If this was the first app ever, it would be amazing but in 2019, it's got to be better. I'm tempted to start calling this app 'lemon' now if it stays like this. Pleasr revert this update
Used to work as intended but as of the latest update nearly every feature is broken. The app looks better but it's a struggle to add a worker late, changing times for sites and punching out after you have forgotten are all broken. I understand updating the look but if you break the intended purpose of the app what is the use?
Have been using LMN for a while now with work and it has been great! A few things I would love to see in future updates is a Night theme, working the nightshift doing snow removal the white is hard on the eyes. As well as on the timesheet page showing the total hours worked during that timesheet for the foreman instead of going to timesheet review.
What. Connectivity. Issue. It's easy to use and nicely laid out but it seems to have a seizure at the smallest connectivity issue, which feels like all the time.
Kinda buggy, for example, you must log in twice everytime. Dont set the time sheet reminders to go off. They wont stop even after you try to turn them off. The map feature is useless.
If you like to make a lot of clicks with your mouse this app and program are for you. 2 systems that dont communicate easily with each other and in the end waste alot of your time.
This app is horrible! I have changed the notification settings multiple times and it keeps reverting back to default settings! I've uninstalled and reinstalled, restarted my phone, etc.
Very steep learning curve. Not intuitive. Cannot go back to undo and re-enter on some screens. Complicated punching out after work shift
Constantly glitches when typing notes and comes up with "network error" 50% of the time. Easily adds an extra hour to the work day (although I get paid hourly and don't mind, if I had my own company I wouldn't want to pay for 100+ employees to struggle with an app for an hour a day)
It's been great so far as a user, I'm a site Forman the only thing that could improve the app is if there was a way to mark that the a person had he day off. I just tried to mark myself late/absent and I couldn't

This new version........BAD Supposedly would be more efficient I have been using the new version for 2 weeks and I had to many problems So in my opinion LMT BAD...BAD.....BADDD👎👎👎👎👎👎
This app is garbage. Hours constantly dont add up correctly. Its bugged to where you cant change jobs half the time. Dont waste your time and money.
It was okay before the update. At least then it worked. Now it is almost useless. Full of glitches
Definitely not the best time keeping app I have used. Most of my coworkers are also frustrated with the complicated user experience. Very difficult to edit if you make a mistake and it is a real pain for switching to new tasks while on the same jobsite. Adds 5-10 extra minutes to my day when I only manage a 3 person crew, generally remaining on one site!
