Since my last review, app has started working on ny new s22. Thank you for fixing this. App works great for transferring, checking balances, remote deposits.
Terrible app. Constantly crashing. Considering changing banks just because mobile banking is so important to me and this app is poorly made.
App doesn't work on my 2022 Android phone, conflicts with the USB debugger and shuts down. Have emailed their support email listed here
I had this app for years and didn't have any issues. Then after a major update made to the app, all of a sudden, I received a dialogue box stating the app installed on my device is no longer supported and I have to install the latest version. That would be fine, but the latest version states that the app is NO LONGER COMPATIBLE WITH ANY OF MY DEVICES. Good job of sticking it to your customers.
App is dogshit. I'm rarely able to login, usually only after a dozen errors. More often though something bugs and locks my account and I have to call lyons to reactivate it, which is super convenient when it happens over the weekend, or just constantly... The developers never seem to fully address any of the issues people keep complaining about. If you want something reliable, you're in the wrong place.
Makes you change password every other month and can't even do it in the app . worthless
I wish you were able to see your pending transactions.... You couldn't with the old app, and you still can't with this app. You can see that the money has been taken out, but you don't see the transaction till it posts.... Which is quite annoying! I always have to log into my internet to see these .. is the app supposed to make things easier??
The new app is user friendly and fast. One of the issues with the old app was the speed. When you clicked something it could take 5+ seconds for it to respond. This app has eliminated that issue! Thank you LNB for upgrading your app!
Incredibly easy to navigate and use. Sized right for use on a phone or tablet. Only suggestion I might have would be that on the next version, adding color outside of branding would make it prettier (just for show).
Worked Great - Suddenly Stopped Working Worked perfectly for a while, now there is no tap functionality at all. The app works I think, it just doesn't realize when you press the screen, so you can't go anywhere
Seems like its slightly more user friendly but half the time it doesnt work. The app opens to the main account screen and it wont let me select anything. It appears to be frozen a lot hopefully they take some time and make improvments
I've installed and uninstalled this a dozen times, but continue to receive the error - " Attention to safeguard your data, this application does not support rooted or jailbroken devices". This is a brand new Samsung S20 FE from Best Buy. It has not been hacked or messed with in any way. There is no way past this error. Please fix!
Honestly, the ui i ok, usable and gets the job done.. But the features, I dont have a car, nor direct deposit yet, so cashing in checks was a pain.. yes, Was. The app allows me to take a photo of my check, and deposit it in from home.. it saved me about an hour long run to the bank (I skateboard there since i dont need a car yet/dont have a liscence anyways) That one feature earns five stars.

The only improvement over the old app is speed. The appearance of the previous app was easier on my eyes. Biggest complaint, There is no running balance anymore.
Reliable and safe
I have just recently got a new phone and had to install the app after installing the app it will not open so uninstalled then reinstalled and still having the same issue it will not open..... went to the bank they said that it was my phone so I went to where I got my phone and they checked it out and said it's the app.... I had someone else install the app and they were having the same issue and they don't bank with LNB... really think this needs to be taken care of ASAP......
Worst app ever, can never verify who you are, and they have absolutely no information available... And as of 2/25/22 it has completely refused to load, so I cannot access the app at all.. it's been that way for about 3 days.
Very secure app, I really appreciate the mobile deposit option, it saves me many trips to the bank. I used to have difficulty signing in but now I use touch ID and don't have a problem
Great experience easy to move money from one account to another. And good visibility for your money and alerts when transactions are made.
Once again app is terrible. Can't access and tried uploading. Doesn't work. If it works don't fix it! Ready to change to another bank!
I've had to go back in and out of this stupid app a hundred times I've updated my phone you people need to get it on track cuz this is ridiculous I cannot check any of my bank account information with this. You screwed it up it was working fine and yes I'm very very very very upset with this whole damn thing.
App won't open after I installed the update! PLEASE FIX IMMEDIATELY! By the looks of other comments, I am not the only one having issues! Going to look around for another bank if it doesn't get fixed!

This app is trash. Doesn't show pending balances, Zelle doesn't show up or isn't functional at all, overall account management doesn't even exist.
This is app sucks! I cant do anything on it. Just gives me an eror notification when it tries to load, ive uninstalled a few times thinking it would correct itself so i could then use it. NOPE!
This is a very great Bank, and I would recommend them to anybody any day. Every single time I've ever gone in there the people there are very helpful and respectful. Every single one of the employees I've ever dealt with their go out of their way and above and Beyond to help you with anything you may need help with.. all of you guys are great keep up the great work and I appreciate your help every time I come in there..
You guys just deprecated my Samsung Galaxy S5 by making the update two days ago only work for Android 7.0 and up. No more app for my phone. Worked great until two days ago. My other bank app still works great and it is a brand new version.
Could be more app. Friendly. Site doesn't work sometimes but all around not the worst experience with my banking info at the touch of my hands!
I do not like this new program. I can't do cross account transfers. Bring back the old program! This new one is terrible! As of 3/16/22 my app won't work at all. You installed an update and now it won't work. I need this app to send money to my child. Please fix this.
