Lo-Fi Radio - Work, Study, Chill

A perfect app for lo-fi background listening. Post Edit: August 2020 - It seems that the developers of the app had to shut it down because it became too popular and was not sustainable. I'm guessing finanaces and stress were the reason. They made an awesome music app. Still a 10 out of 10 experience in the end. Take care and best of wishes in Portugal.

It's a great app. I started listening to this stuff on the YouTube channels, but couldn't close my phone or keep it in the background. This was perfect. I bought premium just to support the app because the free version really is just that good without paying. No ads, no breaks in music, just a few less features. I'd give it an extra star if I could, great work.

I love this app. Recently I've struggled with sleeping so decided to try this and it has helped s o much. It's a super simple app to navigate, I don't think I've come across a single ad yet - always a bonus. You have two streams to choose from, have the option to save songs, but can't skip unfortunately. As I said, it's brilliant and does what it says it does. Would definitely recommend!

I like this Lo-Fi Radio App a lot more than the others on the play store. Since I'm an artist, I like to draw ok my phone a lot, and I like to have music in the background. With other apps, whenever I close my art app, the music completely stops and I have to open the music app again to play it once more. This app has no problems with that! I love it very much, to bad I'm too poor to get premium lmao.

This app is fantastic. I use it for keeping focus at work and it's irreplaceable. I've tried so many similar apps and this is the only one I've found that has truly interesting, artistic music, not just a few AI loops. There's some really beautiful music in here. There are just two features I'd LOVE to have - I wish I could filter out songs with vocals as they break my concentration when I'm writing. And it would be amazing to have a few offline playlists. Thank you making this stellar app!

Works great, features that I didnt think of were necessary(but still very helpful) were there. Someone said that the music shuts off when they turn off the screen, I'm pretty sure that's only their phone model, based on the reviews and me testing it on 3 other phones and the music playing well on all of them (even older devices).The music is great, you get 2 options of sound quality (3 of them if you buy premium, speaking of premium, it doesn't shove it in your face asking you to buy it). Amazing app, I havent had a problem with it. it doesnt stop when you close the app or put your phone to sleep which is awesome, and yeah, it just works really well, you can just lose yourself with this and not have to worry about choosing songs. Idea: a chatroom. I think it would work well, or not, im just some random guy on the internet. I hope for the best for this apps future!

Super nice and professional layout, with two separate radio options and a way to favorite songs. The colors are nice- a casual purple with a laid back cloud/sky animation in the background of white words. The songs are diverse enough to not get too boring, but similar enough to not give you whiplash one song to the next. The app continues to play when the device is off (at least for my phone) and I don't have premium. There are no ads so far and I've had the app for well over two days. 10/10 ✨✨✨

one of, if not the best app if this kind that I have ever come across. the music choice is incredible and the atmosphere is just so relaxing, exactly what I was wanted. even the background fits the theme. the whole thing seems very thoughtful, with the possibility to add songs you like and look them up later. really want to thank the people who have come up with this awesome idea :)

Love this app, but given it 4 stars purely for the fact that I can't pause the music with Bluetooth devices like headphones and speakers. Tried it with a few different things around the house and the app won't pause for some reason! Other than that, fantastic app! Devs - if you're reading this, please add this functionality somehow! All my other radio/music apps can do this but this one can't! Thanks!

4 stars. Great app I love it, the design is a bit simple but I love that it's easy. I decided to write a review to toss a few ideas. 1) A live chat would be a wonderful feature, not sure if you guys have the resources for this but it definitely would be neat to talk to other listeners. This shouldn't be a premium feature. 2) Add a few stations, not a lot, but a few to add variety. This could be a premium feature. 3) Reveiws, so artists may get feedback in their work. 4) Also longer mixes!

This really is the best lo-fi app out there, I've been listening to this every day for over 2 weeks now and I haven't noticed any repeats or trash songs, perfect for vibin day or night. And with the paid version being a one time payment of literally pocket change, and the fact you get a timer for if you're going to sleep with it on aaand the HD streaming quality which really makes a difference, this app is definitely worth getting.

Update: I've found it doesn't play well with media controls on headsets and also doesn't rotate landscape on tablet so I'm docking a star. Great app, really simple, clean aesthetics and works just fine without paying the tiny cost of premium. I bought it within 5 minutes of using it to support the developer. Great to just leave running on my phone next to me during a late night coding session. There's more much more Icould ask for; except maybe slightly larger buttons in the UI.

This app is wonderful. Only the occasional glitch, except that 1 update broke the Play button for me every other attempt, but it's been a while since that reoccurred. Mainly, you developers need to make a Windows app version of any kind so that i may play this conveniently on my desktop PC at home. Or, even on my laptop. Then, I would use it twice as often with twice as good speakers and be twice as happy. Keep up the good work, anyway.

Bloody great! I know it's really, really cheap to get premium, and I might sound a bit like a cheap skate here, but I feel like paying $3 bucks for better audio quality and additional backgrounds doesn't make a whole lot of sense. I originally thought from the pictures on here that the themes were different stations, but that's not the case. Maybe try that and it would definitely be worth the coffee and you could even throw on some extra bucks for it to earn more for yourself. Thanks!

Great music for studying or relaxing. It really is a great app, the developers did a wonderful job. The premium account is only a one time payment, which is really nice. The music has a wide variety and all of it is enjoyable in my opinion. One small thing that has occurred recently, the like and dislike feature won't work on the app but this doesn't negatively impact the function of the app or the listening experience that much. I just wanted to mention in case it could be fixed.

I just wanna say thank you to the developers. This app should be the benchmark for ALL apps of a similar caliber. No ads, not even for their own premium. It's stashed away in an obvious, but not intrusive tab. There is a pop-up that asks you to rate the app. It comes up exactly ONCE, after you open the app a few times, which is exactly how it should be. All the features you need are included in the free version. Even some customization. Props.

The app is really great for listening to music, studying, etc.. I really enjoy that there are two music variations, I hope there can be more in the future. I'm also hoping there can be a section with soundtracks with different kinds of lo-fi, (Violin, Piano, Pop, Jazz). That would be great! Otherwise an amazing app!

I rarely review apps, but I just wanna say I love this one! I just ended my first semester of college and I've discovered lofi hip-hop playlists have been great for studying, cleaning, any low energy thing really. I love that this app is free and doesn't bother you with ads and the live themes are pretty cool. I haven't had any issues with streaming either. It's great! I'll probably buy the app to support the devs.

Even if there aren't any lofi songs playing, the rain sounds are still soothing to hear. They were thoughtful of the userbase till the very end, which I appreciate. I still open this app sometimes in hopes of hearing songs once again. But I understand that things don't always go according to plan. Regardless, I wish the team behind this app a lot of success for their future endeavors.
