I wish people would move their loads to a more accommodating service. My husband and I (1 company) can't have the same account on on two different devices without paying twice. The ap is too limited and you can't make changes when needed. Tried to resubscribe but ap won't work. They're claiming people taking advantage, but they are taking advantage of me. I need work and they don't give me what I'm paying for.
Text was working fine. Loved it. Then Iwas encouraged to download the app. Started out ok. After a few days it stopped notification. So I uninstalled and reloaded it. Didn't help. Now the jobs are coming in over an hour late. Lost 5 job opportunitys in 2 days cause they were long gone by the time I was notified. Now they won't let me go back to text messaging. Completely useless. Waste of money and time. U were 5 stars, now ur none.
I installed the app and it locked up. Tech support has no phone number to reach them. They told me I cannot receive load alert text messages once I install the app. I have been shut out of using load covered as a result of installing the app and they are unresponsive to my issues BAD BAD BAD BAD APP Stay clear of this app if you use load covered No way to get back to receiving text alerts. This company provides a bad app and tries to leverage their users into a poorly designed app.
I am having having problems,with it running constantly , it keeps running my battery down. It is a real problem. I feel it will be a great tool if I don't have to keep uninstalling it all the time. It is on fb that everyone is having problems.
It was wonderful while it worked. I've tried using 3 different valid credit cards to pay for it and payment keeps failing. Now I can't see any loads. I've tried messaging them with no response. If anyone from Load C overed is reading this, please contact me.
this app does not notify me when there's a load posted I have change settings repeatedly in my phone in the program I can't get it to do anything other than put an! Up in the top left corner of my screen when they're is a post. it makes no noise notifies me no other way. sad!
Did the 7 day trial and it worked fine. Paid for the subscription, and NOTHING shows up. A Facebook group gave me a suggestion to clear the cashe, delete and reinstall the app...did that 3 times and still nothing. Sent a polite email to the owner of the app, and still no reply. When it did work, it was pretty good but cannot reccomend anybody spend money on it at this time, will change review if it works in the future.
At first when I was getting texts, it worked great! Then just like everyone else, had to install the app and now nothing! I check the app about every 15 min when I'm looking for work! No customer service! Where's my $$ going every month? If I was this reliable, I wouldn't have a job! Which is hard to get now using this app!!
For 2 months I've had to update my acct info... keeps showing I've been cancelled... App keeps shutting down. .. no idea why... Doesn't alert when loads are posted. Can't get runs if you don't know about them.
The only way to contact support is on Facebook. Since I do not have social media I will be putting in a formal complaint for unanswered issues on the platform I downloaded the app from. App has a lot of potential, the fact I pay $20 a month for an app that posts the Jobs 20 min after they are posted and are always already taken will have me canceling the app if it is not fixed soon. Very very poor business support. Download Pilot Car Loads for a better app and support.
app does not work on any level gps location does not work it does not notify you when new loads are posted. these loads are normally gone within minutes of being posted and now it doesnt even alert you when a new load is posted.
It never charged me after the 7 days. I had all my billing info but since you can not make a manual payment you are at the mercy of their auto pay system so if that fails then the app does not update job list and is worthless.
Horrible. Wasted months of subscription. The very minute that you unsubscribe you will get a ton of alerts for loads from all over spammed to your contact from sun up - sun downand, I'm guessing its going to last all month. So, apparently if you want loads... Just unsubscribe and they'll Spam your contact with loads. Go figure, huh.
No customer support option! It seems to be frozen. No new jobs have posted for over 8 hours and I know that's not correct. But alas, even with subscription there is no way to get customer support
I installed this app,I haven't received any alerts,then the texts messages quit when I installed this app, I email them and they tell me it's my phone settings,all my other apps work fine
I've had nothing but problems with your program 😕......1st i stopped getting texts.....do i downloaded your app worked good......now i can't even get any alerts
This app does not show new load posting on the icon on home page. This app needs lots of bug fixes, text messaging was much better
Great when it worked. Same problems as everyone else. Slow loading up to an hour late can't get work! No customer service
So I have not been able to use this app 2nd day in a row now. Everytime I open it, it just hangs and then crashes. Not sure what's up.
Total waste of time. It didn't offer me loads and when it did they were hours old even though I was supposedly signed up for instantaneous offers.
Load shows up 45 minutes later for me after it was posted , did a test and that's exactly what it was, never was able to get a load from here
I've had a lot of issues some days it don't work most of the time the loads are posted late and already taken by the time I can see them
This service has found me many loads from day one and the added features from the app along with the hotel discounts is great!
Great app. Received lots of work referrals through the app. Has made a change in my business.
Even though you clear all notices, it constantly shows you have notices. Aggravating!
It's great! I save 20 dollars every night on hotels going through the application
Been getting notices.... then started charging me and I get nothing .... please fix or cancel .... good night .....
It crashes and declines good working cards. Only worked for the 7 day period
More glitches and crashes then you can believe. If this is a beta test they should be paying me. Customer service non-existent
It seems to work now. The other links for the other resources that are embedded into the app, do not work. I do not need to find parking, insurance or anything like that through the app..I like that you can mark the loads already read and do not keep having to scroll through the ones that you have already read.
