It seems to work well, except for when I put a selected destination in. It seems I never go where I select.
The most interactive app that I've used allowing communication between the employer an drivers.
What a waste of time. Gave some notice it couldn't verify my phone number. If I have to jump through hoops to get an app to work, it gets instantly un-installed. Called once on a weekday and then Saturday and left a message both times and never got a return call.
Cropping function is too touchy/reverses screens when cropping scans..was better before
I constantly have to tap twice to check in, out , to enter bol information, to enter pod, to scan paperwork in. It always takes twice at least. And sometimes keeps restarting not allowing to answer load offers.
This incredible app keeps Load One well above and ahead of the competition by creating a more productive driver in all areas. Not only do I love it, but so do the customers that I show it to! Well done !
Cannot see where Sprinters are sitting or for how long even though sprinters and vans are lumped in the same category by dispatch. App "stops working" and needs restart quite often. Great tool when it works properly.
Really like the app. Make thing easier. The only trouble I have is every time I enter something I have to close the app to get it to update. Other then that it is very cool. Would be nice if app had a fuel link!
I am not much into tech things but this app has made doing my job a breeze now. only problem I had was taking a picture ,there is a camera but the camera you will need is in paper work, thos is to scan and send paper work , bols .
Glitches setting arrival, loaded, and empty status. Also bol won't send on the first attempt. Needs a lot of work.
Very nice to use. I like the updates made recently. I still have to uninstall and reinstall the app more than any app on my phone. Still, I do like the changes
App is good and that's all that is good in here. If showing unit numbers on the app would be even better, a least that way we would know who is where often and who are treated good.
Excellent app you don't have to be in your truck to exercise all the tools that the truck Qualcomm has because it's in the palm of your hand everywhere you go very exceptional application
Provided 10 digit phone number upon request at the sign up window and the app keeps saying my number can't be found in their system. Waste of time.
This app is frequently unable to take intruction or prompt to go from one window or page to the next. It is slow to acknowledge completed tasks.

Too slow to update. Trucking is a fast paced industry, this app should be in real time.
new app works great. like the new scanner on it. works 10times better then the last update.
I wish there was an offline mode because we don't always have service where we go.

Can't even sign up. I enter my phone number in and it says it can't find it and then it terminates. What a joke! deleted
A lot of detail in this app. It works for what it's intended to do. My only issue is depending on driver cell service the app dispatch system doesn't work with a weak cell signal. I've been in several areas with only one or two bars and the app wouldn't load correctly on my phone. My phone is running Android 9 version on a Samsung Galaxy S9 phone, so the phone shouldn't be the issue... It's the cell service or the lack of signal that gives the problem, which depends on area of the country.
