Very handy the have. As Realtor I need to be able to give payment data for customers who will be seeking financing. Generally they are pre-qualified, but sometimes we need to make adjustments.
Dumb! Was looking for a mortgage calculator so I downloaded this. Could never get the silly thing to switch from calculating the term from months to years! Uninstalled after 15 mins of wasted time!
Time for a smarter app. Now >2 YEARS later. Bugs still present, 2 months later. (2019/5) preset values do not clear when new value is entered. app will not accept 0% interest rate.

It was a good app for calculating loans, but I couldn't find a way to print out the page showing the loan.
shows all payments and amount to principal and interest. I like the detail.
It is good for some basic spreadsheets. But it is not intuitive to use.

When I think about buying something I can decide the true cost, it's worth to me, is it's. Value worth financing. Just by running the numbers. Saves me lots of money because I don't think the value is there, I don't buy it. Not just large items but small items too.
