Excellent app for knowing what your payment will be and calculation of additional payments.
So far, so good. I was looking for a better loan calculator program and I think I found it. I like the fact that you can use a reverse function with a simple switch of the tabs. It serves my needs well so far. I haven't tried all the functions, so this is why I'm giving it a 4 (Like)
This app is so simple and clean. Only with the necessary features. However it'd be great if it accomodates additional features such as interest rate movements and multiple pre-payment options
Great and easy to understand
Tiresome, because it only calculates dollars; you have to do alot of conversions to your own currency.The app.should give a drop down list where you can choose your own country--meaning it should have a capability of being updated with all the currencies and forex rates if need be, once somebody goes online.

I was looking for an app that could tell me the amount I would pay if I paid off the balance of my home loan in a lump sum. This app just tells you different ways to pay off mortgage early.
