Appears to lock the year or payment for all calculations. i wanted one locking the payment per month. and then another locking the term/years. Doesn't work. is this intended design?
it wasted my time. the payment field is default as locked. even if you unlock it, it doesnt calculate. uninstalled the app.

What currency you used to this app?
The app only calculates payments based on the annual interest rate being simple instead of compounded when converted to a monthly rate. In the UK, monthly interest is compounded to give the APR rate. Dividing the APR by 12 doesn't work here. So it makes the app useless for us. Please fix this
Great for calculating loan payments. It even has amortization tables where it shows each month's interest payment and principal payment. Very nice app
Seemed to be the best option out there but they have implemented far too many ads now.

Great app. Very useful to quickly calculate payment, mortgage amount, interest rate, or duration.
Sometimes we pay higher installment amount than mortgage.. can you add that feature? Would give 5 if that feature exists
Works fine but lately everytime I open up the app and plug in numbers for the first time, it erases and sets everything back to zero. Very annoying, please fix.
