I see some of the folks asking question or not able to use app correctly to which developer responds but these folks never update their wrong reviews which is not a good practice. This loan calculator made my buy several properties. Crunching numbers are easy with this app. Briefly tried others but this far superior and easy to use especially ability to add loan modifications or changes in interest rate with ease. Above all good developer support on any questions that I had. I see some negative reviews for the questions user asked. Asking questions is good but not updating the reviews after developer replies is bad. Anyways I'm happy with the app.

Not easy to see monthly cost plus extra payments on one screen. Full page ads pop up when viewing summaries. Appears that monthly view shows annual payment amounts. Uninstalling & using something else.
