It can calculate all the variables of the loan function: time, loan amount, interest and monthly payment.
Doesn't calculate a 5-1/2 year (66 months) auto loan. Darn.

Perfect!!! Easy!!! Calculate ANY of the 4 main variables if the other 3 are known. Monthly payment - Interest rate - Term - Loan amount. Other loan calculators just solve for monthly payment (unless you want to start getting into Net Present Value and other sophisticated calculations). But this app allows me to answer the client's question "what's the maximum loan amount I qualify for based on my income?" and of course, you have the other calculations as well. Like I said. Perfect. Easy.
I built something like this for myself in excel. I've been looking for a mobile version. Very handy to be able to choose which variable to model. Also love the history tab. I'm out car shopping right now using this app. Thanks!
Does not calculate duration accurately, rather changes emi to justify own answer.
Simple, straightforward. If you are thinking of purchasing something, and want some idea of what the loan payment might be, then this app is perfect. Won't do complex things, but at least you get a clue before you go buy something.
