No support available on app. The contact number given for RM and support are useless and never gets connected. Have raised a query with the team, docs submitted but no followup by the team. Really bad experience. Hope to see you provide better services. Kindly get back if you could.

Its totally a waste...💩no one called and also the funniest part is that the help section can not understand any message that yu type...i think they have programmed it in Japanese...,🤣🤣it is not saving any information that yu type...each and every time you open the app it asks yu to enter it again like a new application...that is irritating i have screen shot of the same but i couldn't reach any one...

Worst experience so far. Gave all the necessary documents needed for loan approval and still haven't received my amount. Agents are now not picking the calls as well. I would have given ratings in negative but unfortunately I can't.

Nonsense company. promised me that they will give personal loan in 2-3 days. beleived them and after 10 days, i had to cancel as they couldnt even do verification. This delayed my task. I could have taken loan from my credit card which doesnt even require any document n verification.

Its totally worst experience and time waste process so bad i have ever seen by filling all the documents and formalities it shown up to 2laks u are eligible our team may reach u soon but it was not done yet... They just wasting our time.. Comoared to thesea kishht is better go though that one

Wrost app. Customer supprot is too too too bad. I apply my loan approx 10 days ago.. i call him many times and also mail, But right now no reply. Guys this app contact number support also mail supprot both are too too too bad.

again I tried to apply loan it failed without any documents faltu waste app time wasting app and it plays with our emotion. plz friends don't allow them to play with our emotions. don't upload your documents.

It's really wow to see my pre approved amount. Now let's see it how soon it gets credited in my bank account. I hope it gets done with the fastest process.

I have been applying for a loan for a long time...got 156000/- as pre approved amount but then no further call for process...i have mailed them stated my issues but they don't even response..such a irresponsible irritating service...

Very rude executives. I submitted my documents over an email and later decided not to go for a loan from the institution. They refused to give an acknowledgement. I am worried what if they misuse my documents. Need help

I apply so many time personal loan and pre approved is there but no one call me nothing and I send email also but no response and when I call customer care every time it's saying busy... Service was not gud in this app

Good app once I tried applying they have shown that I have pre-approved loan but after that process is not happening trying to contact customer support not happening

Loan was approved quickly and amount was disbursed on same day. Executives are very sincere and supportive i really had good experience.

I have applied personal loan on this app it has been more than 15days after submitting the documents its again asking the same thing, customer service is useless.

I was not able to get the loans from the Bank. So I have applied through LoanAdda and these people have cracked the deal for me and I got the loan from one of the bank. THANKS

Kindly don't share your important data with them, They will show that you are eligible for a loan of XXXX amount but nothing after that

Already uploaded all document but app is asking documents again and again and no other response from the custemer care i tried to call but alvays busy...

Worst app. After filling all the information and PAN verified, it showed me that I am eligible for 12,07,000 Rs. But I did not get a call from last 2 days. Stupid idiots. UI is worst. For these guys, no common sense. Wasting our time unnecessarily.

It's nice app approving a loan instantly, but that app are usefull, when they provide a cash in bank ac instantly.

I requesting to all , don't applied any loan from loan adda, u go directly to bank . because this person's are saying to customer wrong amount u have eligibility , they will say false eligibility loan amount, after u will get approved from bank is different amount almost 80% is different. So i m requesting to all don't go from loan adda , u go by directly that's give u better amount approved ur loan.
