From one of the best online app, now its the worst after an update. Seems they change management, they change process how the application works. It resets all your credit score. I have been a very very long time customer,i have max credit limit of 20k suddenly, its no longer processing applications. Then when they are up again, my credit goes back to 2k. And from time to time you will encounter error. Also its has misleading due dates. Now it has no cash out options. This app now sucks.

If there would be zero I'd rate it. So disappointing that the loan term agreement said it's 150 days but definitely it's not. It is just 7 days!!. At first, it's really a good loan app the interest was quite low but when I got a reloan it's so frustrating. It's confusing. You know what guys you're not keeping your clients. If it's SEC registered then the interest should not be that high. I hope you guys know all that. Well anyway I won't recommend this app so-a-SCAM.

Buggy! Pop ups and important pages like the Loan agreement contract, disclosure agreement, and the loan disbursement pages are all blank. Could not proceed with the reloan that offers longer payment due date. The reloan offer is only good for 48 hours but they still can't do anything to fix the app issues and all they can say is that the offer will automatically get cancelled, which apparently was not my fault in the first place🙄😒

i regret loaning to this app. they are not showing the true payment terms. thought it is for months but when i checked the repayment schedule, its only for 7 days. if its for 7 days only, their service fee plus interest is too high, 78 pesos per day - service fee and interest only for a loan of 640 pesos. i just tried this app because i'm collecting data of which of which have a high interest and low interest of all OLAs ..i will pay this on time but i will never recommend this to anyone.

At first, the service was great. However, on my 4th loan, my application stayed "in process". I was told that the system has been on an ongoing system maintenance. I have waited for almost a week and still got the same reason. What disappointing the most was, 2 of my friends were able to register and got loans. I even paid my loan in advance. To my dismay, they only advised me to get another loan from other lending companies. So frustrating 😞

The first time I applied I got declined due to lack of hard copy of documents which is understandable. The 2nd time around I had what was needed and it was pretty quick and easy. Approval was within the day, Varied cash out options and fees aren't so bad. I just wish that all documents could be uploaded since electronic payslips are so much more common now. But all in all, it's a pretty great app.

Good and easy to use. Quick to update payments. Fast processes and decision making. Convenient payment method, especially through Coins.ph option. Just one thing, the increase of your renewal is always just about the same amount of what you just paid. No discount on interests nor one-time higher loan amount for paying earlier on every renew. I had 3 renewals already, all paid early. But overall, the App is great. The service will just always improve :)

Your app is full of bug, I am trying to take a picture of my ID but what I get is error message saying failed to open camera, even when I grant acces to it before installing the app, then at some point it opens my camera but my reflectin is distorted. Your app needs to be debug

A very convenient, fast and seamless way to avail cash, hassle-free application process, disbursement and repayment channels are very accessible. So far the best when it comes to emergency cash needs purposes. Although the fees are kinda high but I will still give a 5-star rating... BEST CHOICE for emergency financial needs. 👍

I was on the process of creating an account and when I clicked "create an account," it said that the code was expired yet I entered it within 30 seconds. I tried to recreate so many times but it didn't send any code anymore! This is a scam!!!!!

Dissatisfied client over here. It's been almost 30 mins that I am stuck on the last part where it says you need to wait until the success page shown and it took me like forever to complete this process. How could you say that it will only take 5 mins of our time. Still stuck on the Application not uet completed. And wow! There it goes. It gave me a message already that application can not complete please check your internet connection. I'm disappointed for just wasting my time for nothing. 😑

Double thumbs up! Because of the repayment options they have. There is already a partial repayment button. They know what the need of their customers. Indeed appreciate it. I will highly recommend this apps.as well as the company. And just add on, customer service was very polite in keep on reminding the duedate.

The whole process would take less than 10 mins and you are right.... and that is if the camera direction is aiming correctly after you take the shot because for several times whatever i aim it inside the box or camera guide lines, the outcome would be very off the target.

Application is having issues detecting the contacts on my phone. Its stating that there are no contacts available. Please do note that this already happened the last time I applied for a reloan. It eventually went through after over 10 tries. It showing the same issue again today. In addition it is also saying that there is an update but when you click it the only option is to uninstall or open. Please advise

So happy that my issue has been resolve. Kudos to the agent named Clarisse. Agent was very helpful and she was able to resolve my issue and update my number associated to my account. I was having a hard time since the app was updated and I don't have access anymore to my number associated to my account here. The app was great and very easy to use plus agents are very polite and nice. This is one of my trusted app since they offer long term loan payment unlike others. Cheers Loanchamp!

***Changing my ratings from 1 to 5*** At first I was kinda disappointed coz it took like forever to review loan applications. But what I like about it is their payment terms. First time borrowers can lend up to 30 days. And repayment amount is prorated should you decide to pay earlier than the due date. Low interest rates as well compared to other lending apps. And they allow partial payment with no extra fees.

Weak system functionality. At first I was glad kac may tumawag na rep to verify the info. Conversation was Ok. She let correct my application and allow me to apply again with correct info. I corrected thougt that was just my mistake however still your Application got decline. For non-sense reason. NOT RECOMMENDABLE APP! UNINSTALL! DON'T INSTALL THIS.

Very fast online lending app. It's just that whe i am trying to re loan there is always an error during the submission portion. It says that my connection is weak where in fact i am already using wifi. Same thing when i use data

they charge borrowers way too much. Got approved for 4500 loan. but then they will deduct the processing fee worth 315. and you need to pay the loan with 1080 interest for 30 days. this is way too much. it doesn't really help people at all. so all in all, for the 4100 pesos that they credited in your account you will return 5580 on your due date. loanchamp should change your name to loan shark. coz that what this app is all about. not convenient and helpful at all..

I have first tried this app in 2018. And yes, medj malaki ang interest but I believe it's way lower than other apps. After Tala and OLP, this will be my third go-to loan app if i need help. This team has very polite collection agents. And the thing I most like is THE EXTENSION of payments. Yes, madadagdagan babayaran mo. Pero they have the best extension of payment plans of all the apps available. Kudos, LoanChamp!!

Super easy ng application. They didn't even call anymore for any verification as long as okay ung requirements given to them. Applied then woke up the next day with their message asking where to send my approved loan amount. :) Thank you for the easy process. You've helped alot.

Hi team, I am having trouble selecting my contact reference as it is not showing up all of my contacts from the selection, I guess you're monitoring it as my phone started to do screenshots by itself. Please fix it or else it will not help me at all in applying for a loan.

I didn't expected that this app is for real, i mean i've tried several times downloading loan apps but then again I just end up with nothing. but loan champ is different, they really reach out for those who submitted application into their app, and its so convenient, they accept even nbi clearance for the id's requirements... keep up the good work guys.

I applied for three times but still declined! The agent called me early in the morning that I should re-take the uploaded ID pictures to see clearly and after doing it, the app says it was rejected. Very disappointing!!

Initially I had difficulty logging in. I uninstalled it then reinstalled. Tried to sign in again & t'was quite easy and convenient. I could have given it a 5 cuz I thought fees were lower compared to the others. It was still comparable with other loan apps. One of the features I like was the longer duration period of 14 days for first loaners altho not that longer compared to a few I know. Agent seem nice and cordial. Approval was fast.

Very convenient, agent was very polite in terms of reminding about my due date. Although i always ensure that my payment is on time to avoid some penalties.This is my 9th loan fast and easy. The good things here at Loanchamp if you pay as early ,you can less the interest amount. Then hopefully you can give the usuall number of days of payment. Before 30days grace period , then now its 10- 14 maximum number of days. Thanks and Godbless Loanchamp!

Amazing, this app has been of great help ever since from the beginning. i wasn't able to repay on time but they are very kind to still let me approve my loan. they have been kind and amazing, and the duration to pay is also cool compare to the other loan app. kudos Loan champ!

I applied a loan around 3pm in the afternoon. Just waiting for the call or any notifications but I was surprised that it was approved already. Though, I am expecting a bigger amount as my first loan still thankful for being approved. I hope I can renew especially during hard times like these. Thanks, Loan Champ!

Processing is fast. But agents bug you if you dont get the loan amt. It is very low compared to initial amt i want to loan. Processing fee so high and amt receive is not the amount you request. For example, 2,300.. processing fee is 800+ then gcash 10 php but really final is 30php then it lows down amount received. As well as in repaying you need to pay service fee.. Gosh, too high! Be true to your ads.

I am a platinum member of this app, I had a recent problem with regards to prolonging my account to it's original agreement from 30 days to 90 days due to COVID situation and it was only a system error which Grace and the one answering my emails are very helpful which I commend for assisting me. I also got a call from a collector before which so very rude but they send me the apology letter immediately as well. Members: You need is to ask an assistance and they will help. Just email them.😊
