Great functional app with no ads. The only thing I would add is an expense key.
Very accurate! I gave it four star only because I needed 2 more functions to be added to it- Calculating Date and also expense key

(Update: Would be nice to see amortization schedule as an option - still love it.) Negative reviews aside. I'm a REALTOR of 24 yrs and this is the only mortg calc I can find that actually works like a calculator. The real deal!

What I wanted but cannot calculate 1/2 pt commission. When I type .005 it calculates . 05... not good...
best mortgage calculator in the market I used to write mortgages, and this definitely has the feel of a real mortgage calculator, for less than 1/20th the cost. The functionality I use 98% of the time is there, and it definitely looks better than the calculators out there that use texboxes and checkboxes. The only thing missing is an amortization schedule, and there are minor decimal issues that don't seem to affect the output.
Way better than all those want to be mortgage 'form' calculators.... But then found the calculator can't do basic calculations with decimals. ...looks like error got fixed. Not as sophisticated as the loan calculated by calculated industries.
As a real estate broker for 20 years, this is useless for me. I need P.I.T.I output and ability to calculate property taxes, MI/PMI, & Fire Ins.
Please disregard last rate for me. I notice it calculates input in years not months...my current calc. Looks same so i thought input was same.. Thx

Im a loan originator and this calculator is far off majority of the time. Great look, easy to function but as far as numbers go it just doesnt add up. Fix the tweaks and it would be cool to have.
