2. Create an account or login if you already have an account.
3. Complete your profile and submit for review.
4. Fill out our loan application in the Loans Chap Chap mobile app.
5. Verify your Loan application.
6. Once the loan is approved it is disbursed to your mobile phone.
How to repay your loan with Loans Chap Chap?
1. Repay your loan with M-PESA through our Paybill No. 593796, your mobile phone number you sign up with being the account number.
2. You may repay the loan any time on or before it is due date, you may either make partial payments provided you clear the loan balance before it is due date or repay in full.
Loans Chap Chap lending terms;
You can increase your loan limit up to KShs.50,000.00 by consistently keeping the App installed and making your loan repayments on time.
The interest rate chargeable on your loan depends on your repayment preference
1. 7-days repayment period attracts an interest rate of 5%.
2. 14-days repayment period attracts an interest rate of 7.5%.
3. 21-30days repayment period attracts an interest rate of 10%.
4. 30-60days repayment period attracts an interest rate of 12.5%.
5. Over 60days repayment period attracts an interest rate of 15%
A late fee of 8% of principal amount and interest may be applied to loans past due.

Terms and Conditions:
Loans Chap Chap charges an interest rate of 5%-15% of principal amount. The repayment schedules varies depending on your repayment preference.

No other fees will be charged after this time.

Am tired of waiting 4days now...this app isnt good for emergency loans..they dont even reply to your email or chats....i thought it was one among the best but its clearly not ...am sooo dissapointed am uninstalling it today itself...giving good limits for no reason..no loans just playing games with customers.
I wonder why dormant apps are kept in the play store,this app responds for registration only after application no response, custormer service doesn't respond,you are just kept in darkness,....there is no response at al,
It,s a Very Very slow net apps & don’t' get connect for opening profile . It become hang.. So bad, so sad .

This app does nothing. Once you open all it does is tell you to please wait while it loads.... This can go on for over an hour without going to the next step
Useless app that wastes your time .Hope's and data. They making cash from ads . And they cant chat back. Am uninstalling this app basically for those reason

The app is for advertising others, u register others pop in must wait for seconds for adverts more than 10 before finishing. No loan giving just saying complete profile we give loan.
This app is useless i applied for a loan in December last year and it was submitted but all i get is just notifications that have no basis when i chat you no response
This app is simply advert not lenders they will only be advertising loan apps to you without given u a loan . Google should take note
It's a good app easy registration but taking too long yo disburse loans applied 3 days ago haven't received my loan yet hope to receive it.

after updating all my details....naeda straight to the loan but it takes alot of time calculating my loan limit hence ending up saying no internet connect....what could be the problem please and my phone has a strong network??

Hi guys , this app doesn't work well, I have been trying to complete my profile ,but still loading Please do something i need a loan.
Keeps on loading for the last 48hrs even on a strong Wi-Fi connection.
It's past 72hrs already and I haven't received any feedback on my application...what a waste of time to download this damn app
App not stable. Disappears from screen when filling fields.
Just loading and loading and loading.... Still no change since 19th. Getting messages to check my loan status, but app still loading. Today is 26th, i have uninstalled the app. If it ever works, let me know.
