3/8/21.... the past week or so has worked ok. App is fairly versatile when working. I'll wait and see how long this lasts at this stage. 8/1/22....Ok, given the app a good run. I'm pleased with the way it is all working. Good, practical features make this as good as any banking app, along with a fantastic banking/loan business. Just don't update it. It will go out the window!😁 Thank you👍
You have got to he kidding. Would rate zero if option was available. Cannot sign in, lost finger print login. What a joke. If you are going to update, there is usually an upgrade or benefit. This forced update is pathetic. If you are going to do something, do it right. Test it, check it and recheck it before rolling it out. Your competitors now have cheaper rates in the market. You are pushing me towards their product. UNPROFESSIONAL.
No issues for me. Though unlike CommBank, it doesn't give you an instant calculation of your remaining term when you increase your repayments. I should be down to 11 years, still on 29.
Like another user, app is now broken, get a flash of account then blank. They have "investigated" but nothing changed (can see it all using browser) why don't they fix it ‼️
Can't use it, lets me log in then logs me out as soon as i click something as it says ive been logged out due to a new session starting - 1 star.... cant be any higher if i cant log in.
Seem to have problems with this app after each update.....annoying. Otherwise app is clear and easy to use
I always get a msg there is a new version but there's nothing I can do about it. I've even uninstalled the app and downloaded it again but still exactly the same problem.
App is generally ok. My biggest problem with this app is the need for a long numeric only password. Please make this alphanumeric!

Constantly forgets your member number which means you have to ring up, very little options
Getting blank page everywhere in my account . There is no details . What's the point of having this app if I can't see simple account details .
Nice interface and I can view my accounts and do everything I need without needing to login on desktop.
Was good can I get the old version, the latest one is broken, get a flash of my details then a blank screen

Lost fingerprint sign in. Uninstalled and reinstalled and it works fine now.

Why does your app log people out after an update? You then have to call to get your account details to log back in due to estatements. Do better !!!!!
