LOC FCU Mobile

Loc was willing to make it right but they have a ton of problems as a credit union. 10 day delay for check verification when others have 5 days. Thier system is obviously outdated with how slow transactions are and how they don't support instant payment with checking. And a bunch of other issues in a modern day tech world they can't keep up. As for the app no issues with the app only the credit union is behind the times.

I'm currently having trouble with my app, it keeps blinking "service temporarily unavailable please reboot your device" I have rebooted my phone several times even uninstalled and then installed it and it still didn't work. I asked a friend who has the app and he told me his is working fine.

I like the app for awhile, but now it doesn't perform like it should now, the last 4 months the bill pay doesn't work anymore, it kicks you right out it says app quit working, I tried updates, uninstalling it then reinstalled it, still doesn't work, so I can't change my payments now, so I have to go to actual website now and it works that way, I little inconvenience, oh well it is what it is.

before the Samsung update it worked great. I uninstalled it and now I can't install it back. Really frustrating that I can't use it. You guys said that you fixed the issue but it is still doing the same thing regardless of uninstalling and reinstalling it.

Updated...ap does not work on galaxy note since Samsung update Feb 2. Called loc 2/5 and was told a fix is on the way, but no idea when. 2/13. the ap is back up and works fine with Samsung Note 9. You must verify your credentials again and enable quick balance again if you use it.

used to use mobile deposit all the time! the convenience is incredible. now, however, you have to write nearly a paragraph on your check just for the app to approve it, and they almost never get approved for deposit regardless

That looks great and works great. I wish that I could see what I have named each of my subshare accounts. Instead of just seeing the account number and the word subshare... I would like to see the description that I gave it.

Doesn't take mobile deposit pictures very well to upload. There isnt a way to see pending items for deposits. Also, it will show multiple bill pay items that ate the same so I think I scheduled too many payments of same item.

used to work great, all of the sudden nothing but force closing when trying to log in. uninstalled reinstalled changrd password still fails. Google pixel 3xl shouldn't be having these issues. disappointing when Mobile banking is key in this fah and age.

I been an LOC member for 34 years. The staff has always been helpful and very professional. The office is conveniently located and the windows are staffed to reduce waiting time.

Though at times it won't connect for a few tries,it's a very good app all around. This comes in handy especially when out of the country.

Love this app! but I really wish it would give me push notifications of my current balance and transactions when they occur. That would help me stay on top of everything a lot better 👍

App has not worked since last Samsung software update. Please fix this!!! I use this app every day & need this fixed ASAP! UPDATED 2/13/19- Problem has been fixed. Rating adjusted. This is a great app!

I love this app. The quick balance feature is wonderful when you're on the go. I like the fingerprint authentication. And love that I am able to conduct banking business through this app.

worked flawlessly before last Samsung update, now it says temporarily unavailable. I joined LOC because I could do financial transfers on my app so easily. If not fixed soon I'm gonna go with another credit union.

it was good until the latest android update, now it says the app is temporarily unavailable despite multiple attempts at uninstalling and installing the app and rebooting the phone

Constantly am not able to login, with an error message. Not just during late night hours when usual maintenance would occur.

it works awesome. never crashes that I have seen. can't think of anything that I would change about it yet but I will add more thoughts when I think of more.

Normally it's great but since the update I now get locked out with the message "request limit reached". Looks like Dev is needed on the back end.

App has worked great for me so far, no real glitches and they're pretty on top of letting people know when updates are going to occur.

Very handy app! My only issue is mobile deposit is not always accepting of my checks, even though I do everything right.

Can't even login. They always take days to fix their app and I can never transfer my money or do anything with it.

its smooth easy to connect, only sometimes its goes off ,but I believe that will be network problems.
