I was prompted to "let us know what you think!" So I was honest and said that the app was poorly made. Within the next 5 minutes, the owner of the app himself went into my user data, got my phone number (which I'd entered for the delivery driver just in case), AND CALLED ME PERSONALLY, DEMANDING AN EXPLANATION. I was not comfortable at ALL during this exchange. He was irritated and defensive and didn't let up until, due to my social anxiety, I gave in and convinced him I now knew I was wrong.
Fast easy simple and food was delivered fast!
My friend ordering with me left a less than positive comment when prompted for feedback after ordering. She had entered her phone number for the delivery, but nowhere had she consented to being contacted for promotional or survey purposes. 2 minutes later she gets a call from the creator of the app demanding an explanation for the comment, basically trying to defend his app to an unsatisfied customer, not seeming interested in how to improve. All over a comment that was not even a public review
