New user. Selection is ok. Got to figure "free" sources have ads, but a trifle heavy on ads. I think I could live with 8 minutes per hour (broadcast advert norm) but 20 to 25% of time viewing ads is a little greedy. might even be 30 % ... lol
If I could give 0 stars I would. It has a full screen option but doesn't let me use full screen on my phone. A big disappointment for me because I want to watch local news on my phone. Look for news elsewhere.

It has a ton of channels but sifi classic watched a movie. Got halfway in it it cut out then was a new one on please fix that also I typed in a movie in the search has no movie with that title but is in the guide next up
I congratulate the people behind this. They had to work incredibly hard to gather this much unwatchable garbage in one place. If you need free entertainment, go to the library and get a book. Your brain cells will thank you.
This is definitely a must have app for me sonce cord cutting. I just wish there was a better variety of channels.
The best app to have. I installed it first in my Apple TV. I was amazed of how rich is the variety of channels and movies. I have Pluto, peacock and Tubi installed. You cant compare them with local now. It works very well and very easy to use it. Love it. Thank you local now
Perfect for what it's supposed to do. Get local Chanels and I get one of my favorite cities 1,000 miles away. Fun to see what's going on. It performs well. It was actually more then I was expecting. Easy enough to use, install etc. I'm not paying $75 to the cord to see My local news happy girl! 😀 Keep expectations to what product claims is key this is called local. I have it and anytime! Thanks great 👍 job!
Nice app, no wait!! No way to exit the app without restarting the phone! Big fail. Deleted from phone, leaving it on Roku, because *that* one is functional. Better luck next time.
Up date the app with new movies from the 70s up to present day. Same with all the tv shows. NO body wants old out of date junk
The application would be close to five stars for local , had I not have to constantly exit and refresh it , it will stream for 5 mins then say error something went wrong while trying to stream , and this is on a laptop ! Disappointed ☹️
Ok. The app looks smooth and clean. Making content shareable would be a good addition. I wanted to post my feedback in the app an do more before review, but the app would not believe my email address. lastly I was hoping to have a more diverse news choice, but it's less that the local television stations. Great potential, let's see where this goes.
Unstable , difficult to navigate through different offerings. The frequency of ads was irritating and made programs hard to watch.
Very disappointed. Asked for help, just getting bounced from one person to anoth. And they asked same questions again. On channels, ...their backlight is too dark on screen on some devices. And also,...there is no SETTING ICON on their application whatsoever. Totally unacceptable. Almost all apps have setting icon. Too bad, they had some fairly good channels and nice movies. Oh well . Uninstalled. I'll just choose something different, and I suggest you do too until they unseat themselves and fix
I really like this option to have with my prime account. Has many different local unusual channels and very nice channels from different parts of the state
Does not work on android 11 tv box. Crashes after you select city.
The channels are not working...keep getting error messages.
This app is fabulous.I enjoy it and I love watching local forecast.Thanks for a great app!
You literally cannot even use it. It doesn't load. Save yourself time and data.
Randomly pops up stupid fluff national news updates (don't care about) when trying to text or look something up. No x to go away & can't continue with what i was trying to do before the stupid picture notification intruded on my screen. Not easy to find where to disable that, so removed app. If anything actually interesting & it wouldn't force self advertised click bait (don't want) might add back sometime. Says it has movies? Not just tabloid news? Maybe THAT, by choice, when & if chosen by me.

Won't load without crashing. By far the worst app
Similar to other "Local TV" apps. Obscure channels, some OK, some blah. I don't know where my local channels are though. I put my city, Los Angeles, in, and I still get local channels everywhere but LA. "Chromecast support means you can seamlessly watch Local Now on your TV" where is Chromecast? Can't find casting icon anywhere? Picture was fine on my phone, but none of the channels were very interesting. If my LA channels were there it would be better. I'd probably never watch so will delete
Why want this cast to Google Chrome to my tv Chrome cast I love the app it's great just want cast to my tv
The app plays nothing of value. Perhaps if you don't subscribe to a service, you'll probably love it. Also, the app monopolized the phone interrupting ability to close it. I had to force sleep then open phone to see at the phone prompts to close, nothing in the app to close itself. That's free for you
Doesn't work well on Vizio Smartcast TV's, shows nothing but a completely blank white screen, while the audio works fine. Not sure if this is a Local Now app issue, or a Vizio issue, but I tried downloading the app to cast to my TV so see if that would fix the issue, but this app doesn't even support Chromecast! 1/10 Very disappointing.
This is a really good app with good tv show's and the best movie's. You all did an out standing job with this app keep up the good work. Thank you for this app. I can't wait to see what kind of app you will make next. I really love this app because there is something for everyone. So if your a movie buff like i am or if you love tv show's old or new then down load this app.
