I like the app is simple and works but needs to add some features Google please add these changes make it more easy for us. 1. Once email is stored into booking and saved it wont allow to edit it disappears 2. Doesn't allow to move number from archived back to leads 3. Definitely needs more keywords to target more customers 4. please add local services ads to maps as well for more exposure.
Decent app customer service is a joke. There is no way to speak to anyone. The ad service is a great idea but like most tech giants they make it extremely difficult to get support. HERES WHY; 1. support is via email only 2. you can not get a fee schedule or stement so have no idea what you are being charged for 3. you cannot dispute a cancelled client if job doesn't get done you pay anyway.. 4. DOUBLE BILLED TO THE TUNE OF OVER A THOUSAND. NO RESPONSE! 5. COMMUNICATION IS ZERO!
I love Google local services and this app functions perfectly. I have had no problems so far and have had several good leads. It's only been one week so far but if it keeps going this well I will probably get rid of Google AdWords completely because this is much better for my line of work.
I haven't been able to properly use this app for months. Its resulted in my Google Guarantee ranking to drop because of it. I can no longer update locations of my leads I have tried it all and it still won't work. You people are one the richest and biggest companies in the world I have paid you thousands to advertise you think you would have properly running equipment.
Horrible. I can log in to the web app just fine. But I can't log into the phone app. It pre-populates my username and it's not selecting the right username. I force stop the app and now the keyboard doesn't show up so I can't enter the right username. This is abysmal
These Service Ads Seem To Work Good, Most Of The Time! I've Just Started Using This Feature, So I Can't Say Very Much About It. I See Where It Could Be Useful, & Understand The Concept. I've Been Trying To Figure Out My-Search Browser Options, & The Ads Settings, & How To Get To Them All. It Needs Some Adjusting, & Fine Running. Time Consuming, With Lot's Of Back Aches, & Neck Aches!!! But If I Soon Get A Better Phone SetUp, I'll Get It. We Got To Start Somewhere Right!
I have 2 customer ID. There's no option to switch between one or another. The app only shows the one I don't use anymore. I wrote to the app support and they never back to me.
It does absulty nothing. Unistalled it reinstalled it and still nothing. Local services delivers good leads. However if i am unable to track them then what good is it.
Campaign is running, you're definitely taking your money, and the recent leads I've gotten can't be found because the pagw is completely blank on your garbage app. Aren't you a tech company? Aren't I paying for those leads? So can you act like a tech company, fix your tech, and show me the leads I've paid for?
They put people on here without their permission and then also put the wrong info so that only the people who pay them for advertising can get calls. I have tried to contact and get the information fixed but theres nothing they can do unless i pay for something I didnt ask for.
It doesn't work at all on my pixel 6. It never shows any of the calls and is always blank. I have to open my computer and jump online.
App works great for me but if I could save different coverage areas and load them how and when I neededed that would be great instead of currently having to deselect current coverage areas and reselect new areas.
Been waiting now for 2 weeks for this app to recognise the service areas ,as if Covid was not enough ,in my hour ( 2 weeks ) of need before Christmas as a service provider, (electrician) now I have to scrape money together because I cannot run ads . Do you think you can sort yourselves out guys ...???? Thank you Google .
Google has one of the worst customer service, I can't add the credit card or bank account I call local services ads they transfer me to billing department and billing department transfer me to ads Google, and adds Google transfer me to local services ads again and again and again and again and again for the past 30 days
App seems to be improving but i noticed they removed some important features when customer views company information and number of companies showing. 1. before there used to be an arrow down to show more companies now it only shows 2 i believe a customer should have a choice to who they decide to pick. 2. They show total reviews number including google my business reviews but on the ads it only shows reviews on local service. 3. Company website doesn't show anymore. Please improve and fix this.
I like Google local service platform. But the app is very slow and have a lot of bugs. They really need to improve it soon.
Can you please add a link where I can click to add business photos ? On my computer it's there , but not on phone . I take photos with phone not my laptop and so please make life easy by allowing a possibility to add photos from phone .
App wont link with business gmail account or any gmail account. I do have Google Business & Google Ads and Gmail...the app does not do anything except say "try again" "gmail account not linked". but there is no where to link your gmail accounts... so.....
Works on getting calls, but has some significant problems that I'm astonished google ignores and hasn't fixed because they contracted this app to some half rate third party app brewer.
App doesn't load on my Android LG phone. I get a blank black screen. But I get email notifications.
Just another worthless Google app, non stop oh your ad is paused cause you didnt do this didnt do that, but yet the scammer businesses are at the top
I can't even access my account from the app. It states the account isn't enrolled in LSA, however, it's the same exact login that allows me to access it from desktop?
Can't put address in info, glitches out. Email shouldn't be required to save customers info,
Terrible app. Not with Google. Will definitely be installing viruses and malware on device. Would not recommend if you value your device.

It was great at first but they tend to favor the not so legitimate company's. How can they not tell the calls are mostly going to the same call center beats me.

Will not load. Crashes my entire phone. Samsung Note 9. useless.
(Example) If customer calls and just has a question I can not close out the lead! Besides Google never gives me any real leads and if I do get a lead its only once a week. Not fair to give all the leads to a very few select . ive been in business for 23 yrs and have a good reputation!!
