I'm very disappointed. It doesn't work when you are in roaming. Even when the phone connected to wifi. 90% of calls I can't hear anything. After I sent email to disconnect the service, they are still charging me. Even don't try this app!!!
App works usually but not always, phone line usually doesn't work, someone calls and it doesnt come in live, it rings for them, nothing for you and 2 of 3 times you will see a missed call. Calls always cut off at 30 minutes for no reason, customer support is awful and the reps are rude. Cancelled.
It's a great price but is not working every time someone calls, there customer service is pretty bad and difficult to reach. ( the customer service person I spoke to was very rude and pushy he promised someone will call me shortly but no one called me, when I try to reach them through what's up they said they will call me but same there no one called.) The price I've got is great but after a while they changed it with no notification.
very unreliable service. I stopped being able to make international calls and can't receive calls on my virtual number (rings but disconnects upon answering). but most frustrating is the non-existent customer support.
really bad app. not working half the time, disconnecting calls or doesn't enable to make calls. if you have other options -to for other apps / services.
It's an ok app but it doesn't give you history calls, no text messages and in my galaxy note 9 in the favorites you can only see three contacts
App does not intercept outgoing calls anymore resulting in high cost international calls. When trying to call through the app itself it crashes. Reinstall didn't help.
Half the time doesn't work. Calls the access number and that's it, doesn't actually call the number selected. Favorites are forgotten and need to be marked again and again. Pretty much useless.
The connection is very bad...lots of noise...opposite person hardly can hear your voice most of the time. I don't recommend this service at all.
The app is not very good, yet, Local03 are the cheapest and most effective way to call to and from Israel! Receiving calls to and from an Israeli number is usually EXTREMELY expensive!! Sane with sending and receiving SMS! Local03 provides fair service!

Sometimes it works great and sometimes it doesn't work at all. very frustrating and the support team doesn't always respond when it doesn't work, and in the end i sometimes have to pay for calls via another line when this one doesn't work
The app simply doesn't connect , the call has to be done manually. The tech support of the company is impossible to get hold of. Do not use this app
Use a carrier pigeon. It works better and more consistently than this waste of time. As a bonus, they provide no customer service.

Always technical problems of dialing
The new version claims to make direct contact dialing easy and seemless, while in fact the option to intercept calls is now gone. Direct dialing leads to an expensive international call. it seems that recent new versions introduced more defects rather than better quality or new features. I contacted customer service, they appear to have no knowledge about the App. they promised to put me in touch with the technical people, never heard back though. As it is now, it is useless to me.
