This app used to be #1 for data transfer but now does not appear to have any data transfer function at all.
Piece of crap the transfer I'd gone so its useless
I use this app solely for auto fit guide and I have no way of accessing it! Please fix it

Update on 12/10/15: Uninstalled it from my Note 4. Since it was installed the phone started pausing, freezing and randomly restarting. after 2 factory resets and installing this each time, I have deduced that it is this app that caused the issues. Since uninstalling the phone 'flies' again! -end update. The older version made you enter your PIN before it would open up the Settings. Now you can just go in and change Settings like 'unknown number calling' and 'International Roam'. This updated version doesn't feel that safe. Also, when calling an unknown number after the limit has been reached, it will still make the call but then prompts for PIN code to unlock the screen. The old version didn't allow you to make the call without first entering the PIN. I'm going to try to go back to the old version .
I just wanted the Auto Fit Guide, but best buy has made me install this too. I have no idea what it does, but if it's a service (like it used to be), it probably costs way more money than what it's worth.
If the service is constantly stopped then obviously it wouldn't find my phone so I'm paying monthly for nothing.
Everytime I open my phone it tells me locked and found has crashed. I cannot get it to work and yet I'm paying 10 bucks a month the Geek Squad
They took away the data transfer. I'm not sure what the goal is here but that is extremely inconvenient and gets rid of one of the key sell points for this app. Please bring it back to THIS app, not some random new one
I'm not sure what you did but since it updated, as soon as I turn my phone on it says that the app has shut down. It will not even load. This annoying and now useless. Please fix it!
Constantly popping up a message saying this app has stopped. Annoying and there's no reason I know of that it should be doing this.
Be careful when you transfer anything using this awful app. It didn't transfer any of my contacts and most of my pictures are gone too. Geek Squad is a horrible company, don't trust them with anything you care about.
There's no reason this useless app has to be downloaded in order to use the"Fit guide" app.
The vehicle fit guide was the most comprehensive tool for car audio, yet best buy saw fit to remove it from this app. Bad decision, guys.
After an update it no longer works always says unfortunately locked and found stopped working.
This app is constantly lagging my phone even though I haven't opened it in over a year. I'm uninstalling it as soon as I'm done with this review.
Has been fine until recently. Now my LG G3 randomly restarts. Can't access settings without things flaking out. Can't deactivate or uninstall either.
It was fine until it updated recently, now my phone is constantly locking up. I can't uninstall it or deactivate it. It's really making me mad.
Everytime I look at my phone the app is in my notifications saying errors caused by this app and to disable auto-open. Was a great app til now. PLEASE FIX
Not a good app for me
The app actually works on my Note 5. However, it's a pain to answer calls b/c I have to enter my PIN before I answer the phone. By that time, I miss my call. I can't uninstall it b/c it says I have to deactivate it. I hit "deactivate" and I get a message that you have to deactivate before you can uninstall. What!?! I WANT IT GONE!
How do you get this off your phone? When I hit deactivate in the app store, it says something about a device administrator and tech support acts like they dont know what Im talking about. There is no option to Uninstall.

I hate this app don't get it
All I use this app for is the Vehicle Fit Guide. It was very convenient when I am on the sales floor and not near a computer. What's the use of it now. LOCKED AND FOUND? Why Bestbuy do the things they do is beyond comprehension. Why take away a tool that helps your employees be more productive and really helps the customer experience. I guess NPS is not important anymore. Sorry but I think it is Stupid that bby did this. I will be uninstalling the app because I have no use for it anymore.
