Reopening books causes freezes e.g, null receiver I have two devices and it occurred on both. Memory is not an issue. The certificate is active as well. Was trying to read offline when it happened Update: A trick that works is putting my device on airplane mode before opening the file. I purchased the file from CIPS so I can't start an optimisation process. Thanks for the response though.

I had to use this of a "pdc " or something like that file of a protected ebook. Dowloading the content and opening a license is fine. BUT READING IT on this app. Is a nightmare. Jumpy touch interface. Very limited options. Weird pop ups from up and downs. Makes it really hard. Sorry two stars.

Not fit for purpose. There are only two options of window size, it automaticall opens in a small window maybe 3 inches wide and 5 inches long which is too small to read anything. If you resize to full screen then the app has to restart and will open in full screen but then there is no way of scrolling down so it is only possible to read the top third of the page. There is also no easy way to turn pages but this is the least of my problems as I can't even view a whole page.

Needs more functionality, please add highlighting (offer multiple colors) and bookmarking. There should be a separate list to jump to my bookmarks directly. For ChromeOS needs a a resizeable window and performance is terrible when it reszies and the only two options are a small app window or entire screen. Again this needs to be resizeable by the user on larger screens.

The software is very poorly designed, crashes frequently and does not have any functionality. After crashing we have to again navigate to the page we left off. Absolutely no support and no updates. I wonder why institutes are still using this defunct application for knowledge sharing.

Crashes on Huawei android Pro20 on the update to date. Have to uninstall, re-install, activate the licence again and import books each time when leaving the screen, closing the app or minimizing the app. CIPS is recommending this app platform for there ebooks but it is frustrating my studies. Very unhappy and this is poor performance on the developers as I note from the reviews that the android phones have been experiencing this problem for a long time now and still it is not working.

This app is the only one available to view PDC's I wish there were others. It appears to randomly choose which files to upload from and I can not change this. Uninstalling the app is not an option as I have 1 gb of stuff already on it. Ugh

When will an update be available? Newer Android version is not fully functional. I am not able to open multiple files. I need to keep Uninstalling and reloading the license when my files disappear. Too many bugs, I am on latest Android version S6 lite tablet

Crashes when minimized. Always has to uninstall, reinstall, register license and reopen book. After which I need to find the last page I was on using the find feature. This app needs to be fixed. This is not acceptable.

Unable to read the books i downloaded, it opens the very first time and never again, horrible experience. My books are course books for an advanced qualification so i have no alternative available and am stuck

Unfortunately after the last update I can not view my files, it gives an error saying "Attempt to read from null array." Please fix this problem asap. **Edit: Thanks for the quick fix, now it works pretty well! :)

Worst app ever. Unable to view even small files of 18 MB size Inspite of using an 8GB RAM device with 80 GB free ROM in my android device. App crashes everytime. Unable to read the files.

I would rate it less than 1 star if it was possible. Every document can only be opened once, then the app needs to be uninstalled and installed again. Please see other peoples reviews, it is a shame that this can be in the app store and that CIPS use it as a mandatory app for their books....

Worst ever interface. U have to work a lot to make it as Smooth as Adobe or Drive pdf viewer. It has been taking too much time to to load the pdf file and the app is too lazy

opens files on the first occasion but attempts to open the same file a second time fail. The only fix i have found so far is to remove everything and start again

Needs to get with the times when it comes to app permissions and version control. Uploading is a pain. All in all a dismal app.

I have been struggling to open a file downloaded onto this app. Error Message "Checking message". Now I have to uninstall and download the app multiple times as I need the book to study 😡

-Says to unlock files to read with license -Clicks on liscense and it says I'm good to go :) -Clicks on PDF file and it says I haven't clicked on my license -Cant use app at all cause won't read my liscense given too me. Works fine on my workstation but not Android app. 1/5 till I can actually use it for it's intended purposes

I oppose copyright laws for items over 45 years ago, magazines and newspapers, media etc. I like the open source concept. All cr does is stifle knowledge and innovation in my opinion. I find this app a barrier in that regard. Mass media is a greedy business, yes I get that publishers want to protect work. In that case get rid of libraries, books etc and don't allow the public access to materials. This whole industry assumes that 99.9999 % of individuals on the planet are pirating materials.

I've been made to use this app by CIPS to view my encrypted text book offline but after every few days the app stops showing the text without showing any error message and I've to reinstall the app again and again.

Have been unable to view digital magazines that they are saying requires this program in order to view. Works on a laptop computer but will not work on a Samsung Tab A tablet.

since last update i cant open my files. I get message: Register Error No more licences are available for you to register. Please contact you publisher for additional licences... but i dont need new licence, I have purchased one and it is not working.

This app needs lot of improvement .There is no marking or highlighting option for android users which makes it difficult to read notes try to make it like Xodo app where we have all these features .Please do work on it .

Works after downloading & licensing app. After which it never opens PDC documents. I have to uninstall & reinstall to view documents.

It updated the app and then gave the error: attempt to read from null array. Thereafter it gave the error: no more licenses to register. I am writing exams tomorrow and I have no access to my study materials this is BS!!!

An absolute nightmare to use. If I wasn't obliged to use it to download my course work for CIPS I would never go near this product. NOT RECOMENDED

Extremely poor functionalitites, every time crashes in android. How come this app is the only one for viewing PDC files. Disgusting business strategy

Can't open any files. When I try to import some folders with pdc files, I see nothing. I hope you remember about your product. P.s. Android 9 I can't chose other directory.

Cannot use highlighter. Not learners friendly. Please add "highlighter" function.
