Upgraded to 3 as issue resolved after escalation. Expensive mistake using Loco2. Bought a ticket to Belgium from my home town trusting the times suggested. Insufficient time to transfer between Paddington and St Pancras. Contacted them immediately but they can't change the time. I have to pay another £28 for a single to London. They just blame the train operators for the timetable! They should redesign the app to show a range of times for customer to select from, not just one (unsuitable) time.

Annoyingly keeps popping up ads and even still does it after I have uninstalled it!! Edit- Ok- fair enough it seems the adverts are continuing due to a separate program not related to Loco2- will find it and leave them a review accordingly instead. Loco2 seemed to do what it set out to do with providing info on train tickets reasonably well. Now that I know that Loco2 did NOT leave an annoying advert machine on my phone I am happier with them.

Website always has an "error" in the system when it come to refunds, Ive been trying for the past like 10 days, starting around 2 days after I even brought the ticket, and nothing has changed, so I downloaded the app, only to find it doesnt even work, just a blank screen with the loading symbol constantly, I wouldn't trust this company, nothing helpful on what to do if this happens and I'm unable to contact anyone about this, would recommend others finding a different company.

Great App, really easy to use, with some fantastic savings on tickets. My only negative comment is in relation to finding your tickets once you've purchased - they're never in order unfortunately, so I end up having to download the PDF versions instead. Fix that and I'll change to a 5 🙂

Payment via app issue. I booked 3 tickets and paid from them via my international debit card. I have paid on other similar sites and it's not been an issue. I went through the process and it declined saying my bank did not allow the payment to go through. I went to check my balance and saw that thr money had been swiped. As my payment has gone through my bank its clearly an error on Loco2s end. I've dropped you guys a mail and hopping to resolve the matter. I've scteen grabs of everything.

I used this app previously and always bought cheap tickets, I've now noticed, that this option no longer exists. The prices are incredibly expensive! Seats have been sold on ouigo trains for much higher so I went direct to ouigo and got seats for much cheaper. Also, what's with this astronomical booking fee charge bumping up prices even more??? This app was fab but now it just reminds me of the UK when they privatised the railways, they became extortionate and a rip off.

This app was easy to purchase tickets so a thumbs up. I purchased multiple tickets for a journey. They all lined up neatly in a logical order. However most annoying thing ... I bought 2 tickets for each part of journey. Opening and scanning 1st ticket for the barrier/show ticket inspector was fine. However going back to open the 2nd ticket was cumbersome. Need all QR codes for same journey to open so can swipe quickly between them then would give 5*.

Great app. One little issue Can't seem to scroll up when the fare list appears to buy the ticket. This only happens if there are multiple fares on the fare list. Sometimes it works. Sometimes it doesn't.

Used to open quick and work really well and I saved money. Now the App won't open and so it's become useless. I uninstalled and reinstalled. Still doesn't open. Little circle just spins round and round.

Okay except one thing: "Your email address must match the email address of your Paypal account.". No, it must not! I pay for lots of services using my paypal account, and for additional security it has its own dedicated email address. Loco2 is the only service where its been a problem. So, do I trust the app my card info instead? Or look for another ticket agent?

This app does fundamentally work, but it is extremely frustrating to use because pressing Android's back button on any screen will quit the app, and it has no memory of which screen you were on when you open the app up again.

BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE!!! Booked on website and got error message when paying. Ticket did not show up in MY TRIPS. Started over and got same message. Tried to contact company directly immediately to help resolve . Did not get response until posted negative review which was 4 hours after responding to my review. Turns out both orders were processed. Requested refund for second trip. After 4 months told they would not give any refund. ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL EVEN IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS WITH SITE

If the journey they book for you is provided by two operators and one operator cancels they won't help you get a refund or rearranged ticket from the other operator. In our case we booked a ticket form Berlin to London via Brussels. They offered and sold us a super sparpreis ticket to Brussels and a Eurostar ticket. When Eurostar cancelled our ticket we were unable to change the Berlin to Brussels ticket to catch an earlier Eurostar.

First attempt to use since the change from loco 2. No seats available despite there being availability on Trainline. Trainline may have a fee, but at least it works. Also, I realise it's a cosmetic point but I hate the new name. Loco 2 was so much better.

Shockingly bad when trying to change a ticket. No online chat, no phone number, the instructions in the faq don't work. Very slow response from "customer service" who seem incapable of reading the message and just point you back to the faq! Avoid!!! Use Trainline instead!

Fantastic savings for train journey over seven hours long. On particular journey cheaper ticket than buying advance ticket. Savings might not be as good on shorter journeys. Only downside cannot book cycle on train using the app. Tickets bought using app and cycle booked on trains at local railway station.

I don't normally review apps but Loco2 was _extremely_ helpful for booking RENFE tickets in Spain. I didn't seem to have any of the other issues described by previous reviewers (not having 2 seats assigned together, higher prices in Loco2, etc).

The app is confusing when you try to find each ticket, they are not listed in order. The tickets are there but all muddled.

When browsing search results, pressing back button closes app. Cannot go back to previous page and must start fresh search. Huawei P20 Pro, android 9.

I preferred Loco2 - in particular the back button now closes the app rather than going back to the previous view (ie when searching for tickets).
