The key benefit of using this App is that the bookings made will be processed by our database in real time thus allowing us to dispatch a car immediately (1). Furthermore, there is no need to call us for an update as you can track the car in real time in your maps.
Future updates will allow you to pay in advance with credit/debit cards.
The App has been designed to be used from the Berkshire area.

Good to see the dated app replaced with a newer, modern and friendly to use app. It runs quickly as well. Hopefully this one won't be abandoned like the previous version with major bugs.
The app works fine. However it's no good having a decent app if the cars don't turn up on time. Last two times they were at least 15 mins late They're unreliable so I would NOT recommend using them.
SCAM - BEWARE: The app lets you book a ride outside the firm's zone and retains the £1 booking fee when they cancel just before pick-up because they can't honour the booking. I booked an 11pm pick-up from Goring to Woodcote, they cancelled at 10pm and since I had been drinking I had no way to get home.
Why does this app require accessing my location? It doesn't work if you don't to share your location... I don't need them to track me, I could simply give them the pick up address, that's all they need to know.
Booked a cab, said it would arrive in 15 minutes. Called after 20 and they said it would be an hour or more. Person on the phone was polite and apologetic but unsurprisingly went elsewhere.
Loddon Cars has never let me down. Always on time. Nice and clean cars driven by well dressed and friendly drivers. I like the new features in your App.
Uninstalled. Pointless - the app quoted £56, I booked and then they wanted me to agree to pay £90 or no taxi! The app appears to be a bate and switch! I do not trust them.
The app might be OK, but if the taxi can't turn up on time even when booked 24 hours in advance then the app is pointless.
Very friendly and use full app. Able to book my taxi in a minutes time.

Doesnt work, always used Loddon but the App doesnt work so a waste of time
Why I am I constantly being charged. I book a taxi it charges 1.01 I pay then I get charged another 1.01. Downright scam
Would not download on my old phone
In my latest airport transfer I discovered the price for airport transfer had gone up from £35 to £45 -- a whopping 30% price hike (prices had been level for a long time). Time for another service provider for my nearly weekly transfers.
Very useful especially the 'track my taxi' but please show the cost of the booking and move the 'cancel booking' away from the 'home' button of my phone as I keep pressing it by mistake

Most of the reviews are old. Easy to book and I can track where my taxi is too.
I have downloaded the apps and try to do the registration. However, the telephone no only have several countries that u can chose and this apps is sucks
Ordered a Taxi for the first time using the app. I chose 5 people to travel for 5.10pm and quoted £8.20 on the app. Taxi arrived 15 mins early (so I was not ready), then once out to the taxi I realise they had sent a car instead of a MPV (which the app said they would send.) It's my sons birthday and needed the cab to get him to his own birthday and with no other vehicle that could take us the driver took us all to the destination then told me the fare was £17. I didn't have enough cash on me now.
I used to use this app at least twice a week and it worked just fine..... new version doesn't work at all
App crashed when I registered for it, then failed when I tried to log back in. Had to jog 15 minutes to a pub to call one, which of course was more expensive because it was further from my destination. Sort it out!
I love being able to see where my driver is.
The old app was quick and easy to use, the new version isn't. Until basic issues are fixed don't download and call instead.
Worked great until it got updated this week. Now it crashes every time you try and select a date for your pickup! Please fix it soon!

Excellent app, really easy and quick way to book a cab.
Used it on more than a few occasions. Odd issue with choosing anything between midnight and 1am which switches to pm so can only order after 1am. Great to be able to track taxis and calling from the same phone gives voice updates... Works really well! Update to 5 stars if fix the midnight bug.
Nope...still doesn't work. It keeps on crashing when trying to book a car. Uninstalling.
It just says "booking unavailable at this time" every time I try to book.
