The app doesn't even open! Galaxy note 3 android 5.0! Useless waste off time! Uninstalled!

Ambiance is definitely there but housekeeping needs some major re-training. Rooms are not vaccumed and cleaned. Pillows left on the FLOOR after room is serviced. Toiletries are not refilled unless you ask. Coffee sweeteners are also not refilled. Same dirt on floor from guests before us were left there the whole week of our stay. Housekeeping staff need to learn courtesy like saying "Hello" to guests. Other than housekeeping and filthy rooms, the rest of the hotel is nice. App has bugs, BTW.

The reservation option takes you to a broken link on the Loews website. So not really much point.
