This simple chart allows you to record the fluid you drink and the urine you pass over two or three days (48/72 hours). This can provide valuable information about your bladder situation. When completed, bring or email the chart to the appointment with your doctor or nurse.
A simple app that does more or less what it promises. Could easily be made better and more useful with some simple additions / modifications: 1. Instead of a special note entry (or in addition to it), make it possible to add a comment (or note) to each event (intake, voiding a.s.o.). 2. Let people change the standard intake measures to something that suits them better (add a "settings" part for this and maybe other defaults) 3. (As another user suggested) add a running total functionality for both intake and voiding. 4. I didn't find any use for the distinction of 48 and 72. You start when you want and end when you want. 5. Report: Remove the unnecessary "ml" near every entry (we know its not liters), and make it more useful in Excel.

So glad i found this app. One improvement i would make us to have running total of intake to help those on target amount.
