Not user friendly at all, I don't even bother trying to use it anymore for shopping. Wish I could give it 0 stars for that. OKish for card payment. Do the app designers try to use the app or read any of the feedbacks?
I wish this app would do what it is supposed to. Every time I try to back up, it kicks me out and I have to log back in. And it is glitchy and today I can't log in at all!
Stopped working in the last month. Can only use the fast pay options which requires entering card entire card number. Very inconvenient.
Terrible app. constantly asking me to logon and doesn't recognize any of my information every single time.

Im not sure this review counts as a review for the Loft app exactly but rather a lot of credit card apps... why on earth cant I enter a credit or debit card as a payment method. I mean seriously checkbooks are phasing out. I feel like its some jacked up conspiracy that credit card providers have established to make it harder or at least seriously annoying to pay your bill. Which for me, the lack of a credit option for payments in this App, makes it unnecessary. I only wanted it to pay my bill. Now I will probably delete the app and just pay via my online banking. Other than the payment option... the app might be ok but I will probably never use it enough to form an opinion now.
This app is garbage. It takes a century to load, and I couldn't give a rat's a** about 0%APR deals to pay off credit card debt, when all I want to do is pay my bill. You are forced to click on it to proceed to the main menu, and that's when the app will actually load. Stop making balance transfer what we first see in the app. Taking advantage of people with credit card debt is lame. Talk about tacky marketing.
App does not function at all. I cannot submit any info past choosing a user name, password, entering my zip and phone number. At that point, it does not "submit."
Terrible! Won't take me to the login page most of the time for the Loft MasterCard.
It never lets me log in, so I can't use my coupons. So either start mailing them or fix the app.
It never opens all the way. It's just a white screen with a pink banner at the top and bottom of the screen with "Back" and "Forward" on it. I have a Nexus 5x with the latest Android OS updates. I can't remember the last time this app worked properly. Really frustrating.

Too many bugs, not user friendly, does not support auto payment, every time you push the back button it signs you out - in summary: TERRIBLE

This app is so buggy. It won't open your statements. Have the time you can't login here or their website! I mean really do you want my money or not? Near useless.
Signed up then when I went to sign in it said I didn't have an account. I think they're just fishing for info to sell.
Poorly made app. Each time I try to access my rewards card, it shuts down. Had to leave the store multiple times without using it. Useless, pointless. Just another headache to deal with because loft stopped emailing the cards. Despite asking for help, no one responds, what exactly is the point of a review?
Its always a problem, I have my rewards and this app never works went I needed. I am angry.
I hate this app. I downloaded it so I could pull up my loft rewards since they aren't sent over email... Again. Well, now they won't display in the app either and most of the time it doesn't work.
Every single time I try to access the rewards the app fails and closes. I have $40 I was unable to redeem during my last Loft visit. Very frustrating.
Every time I try to access my rewards cards, the app crashes. I left the store yesterday without being able to use my $20 reward, and I was very disappointed.
I've had no issues with the app! Makes life so much easier. I love that the Rewards come directly to my phone!

It does not update on the shopping part of the app. It has been on the same page since June, as it shows to redeem Loft cash through July 2. I am so disappointed as I was excited to finally have an app with my card info with my rewards as well as online shopping all in one app. Sad!
