App is awful. It won't let you create an account. Tells me my address is invalid, find the address variation it likes then hit create button & nothing happens. I've tried a couple of ways to create account & nothing happens. Don't waste your time with this one.

Because your app still sucks, I took my business elsewhere. Some pictures loaded, some did not. Trying to find my locations restaurant led no where, even though I was sitting right around the corner. Couldn't place an order to pick up. Couldn't put anything in a cart, because there was no cart. If you want to stay in business, with or without the virus, you're going to need to correct the mistakes with your online presence. Your app is at the bottom of every food app out here.

This app is absolutely terrible. Location services are non-existent, Account Registration is a joke and it will not even let you pull a menu up to see what sounds good at least!!!! The algorithms are broken and this version needs to be thrown in the trash come back with a better more sophisticated and updated app!!!!!!

Doesn't open. Crashes immediately. UPDATE: After the fix, the app now opens fine. However, apparently, the only thing this app does is mobile ordering. There is no rewards program at all. Add to that my store is not even on this list of locations and that makes this app totally useless.

The registration is absolutely ridiculous. You have to add your date of birth, but have to scroll through the years going month to month. Im not doing that its dumb instantly deleted the app.

This is a horrible app.. first of all it wouldn't open.. finally I clicked on login because the menu for the app opened and tried to create an account and when I got to putting in my birth date it kept graying it out wouldn't let me put in my right birthday... Finally get my right birthday then it still was grayed out and kept not letting me put my full address in.. so it wouldn't let me create an account on top of the fact that it wouldn't open right..don't waste your time on this..

Registration with this app was impossible for me. First, the date of birth field presents a calendar requiring me to scroll month by month to my birthday. Next, I have to fail the format for the password before I am told the format. Finally, when I select the register button, nothing happens. To me, your major rewrite is a failure!

Login button doesn't work & the create button doesn't work either!! Terrible!! Also, as usual, nothing is loading!! I guess the developer doesn't care because it never got fixed!!

App Fu©king Sucks, Do Not Download. Images don't load. Items have no price. Most tabs don't open and when some do there's nothing there to choose from. Can't choose a item. Can't do anything. If I could rate 0 stars I would. Logan's is missing out on a lot of business due to a broken app. Get it fixed or keep loosing customers.

I live in Texas not N.C., GA, or SC. Your app doesn't show any restaurant in Texas or even near me. My wife even gave it a shot and it said that there is no restaurant in this area, but there is. Ya'lls app is all messed up. I even uninstalled it and re installed it and still the same thing, same result.

The bartenders at our local Logan's told us about specials once you download the app. I've attempted in 3 times without any success. You shouldn't have your hard working employees pushing a faulty product/app.

App is totally useless and doesn't do anything. It needs to be removed from the app store or at least redone so that it works instead of being a waste of a download.

This app is pretty much useless. It doesn't have the location near me at all and doesn't have any kind of rewards. All you can do is online ordering which again is useless when it doesn't have my location. It doesn't even have one in my state on the app.

How is my address invalid? This is the only app that says it's wrong. Also, 6-10 character passwords? Seriously? Highly insecure.

Doesn't even start without crashing on my phone. While it was downloading, looked below for description and reviews....this app may not be enabled for all locations, and it may not even be legitiment.

This app will not work. Keeps giving address error message during the creation of an account. The meat was tough on the skewers meal in Paducah, Ky. Manager gave me a 25% discount and free appetizer coupon. Very old property.

doesn't let me create a login from app, also the date widget is horrible, I can't easily choose a year and it forces you to paget one month at a time from the current date back. it would have taken me 5 minutes to scroll back to 1967.

It will not allow me to set up and account so we lost credit for a bill slightly over $50 tonight. And even though I tried to trick it by saying we didn't visit it only shows restaurants in NC and SC. I am in WV. App is worthless.

This app sucks, tried to create an account, can not do it. Created an account online, can not log in. I have lost 100 points now plus the 25 bonus points. Fix this app!

It will not load the birthdate. Cannot register. What is the freaking point? But it can automatically give itself a higher than deserved rating. Done.

It won't finish registering after entering the information required. Probably just as well considering the food isn't worth the price.

I've had this app for 5 minutes. It's ridiculous. Also, they're closing all of their locations. 🤷‍♀️

App will not allow me to do anything, and shows a blank screen for locations and when I try to order, and when I load into the app

The app doesn't list the local Logan's Roadhouse here in Lynchburg, Virginia. I had set up an account and was prepared to place an order, only to find that I couldn't get to the local restaurant. I uninstalled the app after that.

I used to have an account but now with the new app installed I can't log in and when I go to reset password it says no account with that email. Then if I try to create a new account I fill everything in and the form doesn't submit.

Rebuild needed. Cannot see images. Takes forever to load. Builder of this app needs to start over or give to another builder. Images never loaded.

I can no longer log into my account. When I try to reset my password it states that my e-mail is not found. When I try to create a new account it states that my phone number is already in use. I literally am unable to place an order online now.

This app hasn't been updated since 2019. Guessing they've abandoned it. It doesn't have all their locations, so I uninstalled it instead of wasting my time.

I live in Michigan. Kept wondering why I couldn't use here until I went back to the play store and noticed it was limited to mostly the Carolinas. Uninstalled it.

Turned on locations and got locations for NC. I'm in TX! Just let me enter a zip! You don't need my location. Unnecessarily intrusive.
