LogBox Patient

Very simplistic and almost everything is self explanatory. Great app to have and use in the COVID-19 pandemic, especially with the new COVID-19 screening feature. Registration and completing of my profile information was done very fast and efficient, without any issues.

I HAVE BEEN STRUGGLING FOR DAYS!!!! Highly frustrating experience, I have completed all required information but when I try to submit to my Doctor, it says my profile is incomplete. It doesn't say or highlight what is incomplete. NO SUPPORT OR HELP!

Online registration went well, however none of the surgeries can pick up my details, meaning its not processing the information properly. Wasting time a surgery filling out paperwork!!! During covid19 times, this app should be working as stated, and having people fill iut paperwork at the office, risking spreading of the disease from pen and paper sharing.

Can't successfully create account or log on or recreate new account. Tells me my email is already in use and when i try to recover the password it gives me invalid email message. Most frustrating app ever!

Could you perhaps consider making all the patient content printable or shareable via alternatives to the QR Code like Email, WhatsApp, etc. This is necessary for all medical facilities who are not aware of LogBox or not yet offering the convenience of the App? I have yet to find a provider with the QR Code facility which renders the App useless to me.

This app doesn't even deserve one star. It crashes every time I try to add an address, which means I can't complete my profile, which means I can't self-screen, WHICH DEFEATS THE ENTIRE PURPOSE OF ME HAVING THIS APP IN THE FIRST PLACE

The app has issues most of the time not loading the screen to do my screening register for covid. It just keeps loading. Very frustrating

Samsung Galaxy S20+ still not showing cleared tick screen or message. University uses this app to allow campus access so this is a major inconvenience having to fill a form before being allowed entry.

Installed the app for the Covid19 screening for my workplace and after completing my info but was told I was not associated with any screening organizations!!! When complete the contact us form it just hangs !!!!!!

pure horror no clarity between academic (Wits}, patient or practice use. failed to log in with a new huawei phone which does not support play store (thanks to Donald Trump)

Is there a way to delete your profile on this app? It's a nightmare to complete registration as it just keeps hanging. I would rather not have the app

No paperwork. Experience between healthcare professionals is quick and seamless. I love the app

Very useful when you have to physically visit a medical professional as they all have access to your Covid-19 updated questionnaires which is submitted prior to your appointment date. D Jefferson-Green

Great app! Does exactly what it says it does. Made the process of visiting the doctor's office much easier.

There's a confusion between GENDER (cis; trans) & SEX (male; female; inter-). The app needs to be more inclusive for individuals who are non-binary and may not identify with the options provided under "gender" (LGBQTIA).

New upgrade doesn't show the messages anymore (green tick). Please fix.

After the upgrade, the cleared tick message doesnt pop up...... difficult app to us generally

I am trying to download the app but on the records they still have my old phone number so i am no able to download.

Very poor designed app and not thoroughly tested before publishing.

Its so easy to fill out the details needed

Logbox is easy to use and reliable

Very difficult to register -asks for a 4number Otp but sends you 5 numbers

It's convenient but needs too much space

It says I'm not associated to anyy screening service how do I change that so i can associate it with Wits University. It's giving me a hard time to access campus

Rubbish. Cannot enter ID number, but ik keep on asking for it.

I DONT want this app!!!! Why is everything so difficult!!! Use recomed instead, it's sooooo much EASIER!!!
