The paid version fills the logcat with its own messages, even with identical and minimal configuration. You can't filter them out either since the filter only functions "inclusively" rather than "exclusively". Therefore I use the lite version instead of the paid one to avoid the quantum observer effect. If you have CM 12 or 13 this looks great with the transparent black theme.
almost everything asks for pro version and app is not visible in appdrawer. Came here to uninstall it
This is working fine on my Nexus 5. Anyway, root is needed for this app to work but that's fine for me ;)
Doesn't work. Greedy dev extorts users into Pro. Not worth it. Nothing to see here, folks.
TCT Alcatel OT 7040E -rooted
Not working , it doesn't have read logs permission :\
In terminal: su -c pm grant org.jraf.android.logcatlivewallpaperlite android.permission.READ_LOGS working on nexus 10 lollipop
Such a cool idea...but soon as it was set as the background it made my galaxy s III freak out and wouldnt respond to touch input and the log it was displaying was all red and kept showing so many errors so fast I couldnt read it haha. Fix the bugs with galaxy s and its 5 stars
Some issues with galaxy note 2. At first run it stops responding to touches, however no ANR occurs. Then it works fine, except the fact that the whole log is shifted to the left by about half of the screen, so I can see only the end of each line if its long enough.
I'm not going to rate this app down, simply because it looks like a great app. However, it doesn't work cyanogen mod 10... It just says loading... I would definitely buy the full version of it supported cyanogen mod on the Samsung galaxy note... Otherwise, it looks fantastic :)
That live wallpaper is great! It's fast light and informative. For geeks it's must-have (but this is said). Thank you BoD you really are able to make people understand the android os (and Linux in general) better
on all my devices. my hd2 doesnt lile as whole Android Os runs off the mSD.
FYI, this wallpaper seems to work just fine on my Nexus 4 (Jelly Bean 4.2.1).. Would prefer a way to set the left margin.
very geeky and handy but also very battery hungry. nice to have though for the geeky aspect.
Tried even the paid version. Just displays loading... Not usable for developers.
And doesn't eat much.
The ultimate geek wallpaper
Nice to know what goes on!
Just says loading. Looking forward to this working. Does it require a logcat program to be installed?
Straightforward and effective..
Sick Love it
Needs ability to turn off screen highlighting when you touch the display, and maybe smoother horizontal scrolling. Other than that, very nice.
Moves toooo fast, cant read it everythings clustered galaxy s
Uses more battery power than my display. It does look extremely cool though.
Just pay the 99 cents for the real thing. It's worth it.
Great! But paid version is 1 buck, not 50 cents like the app says.
yes I am a geek and a nerd but I don't care - its cool and I love it! Droid x
Lite version is okay. Might as well buy the full version. The full version is much better!
Just says loading on the DROID x2
I wish this worked on v11
