Logi Circle

Latest update broke the connectivity! I have latest firmware on my cameras, and updated the app as well. Now my 2 cameras go constantly offline, basically useless. At times, they don't ever get back online. I have done several resets, uninstalling and installed app (with phone reboots between) and nothing helped. Nothing has changed in regards to my home internet, equipment, or wifi. I noticed that when I use the app to access the cameras, it would cause them to go offline as well! Ridiculous.

Regret buying, but it was expensive so I'm sort of stuck with it. I did a ton of homework. Bought after a friend recommended. 3 cameras failed, they exchanged 2. I'm still stuck with 1. Less than a year old. Images went pink. App locked out recently. Still can't log in, so cams are useless. I pay for the extra service and it very much not worth it, definitely canceling soon. If your looking, keep looking.

Hi, I love Circle products. Hardware wise they are great; however, I do think the App needs some improvements. The one problem that's really bothering me is that I can't use the App in portrait mode. I use my smartphone with only one hand a lot and I'd really appreciate this App come with portrait mode usability. Thanks.

The camera itself and the app is worthless. Even the 10 dollar Chinese cameras are even much better than these. The device worked for 6 months then just stopped responding. There's no way to hard reset or PC connection. If you read all over the internet you will see how troubled these Logitech cameras are. Waste of time, effort and money.

there are a few basic features missing from this app that would make it a lot better. For example the time stamp doesn't seem to account for daylight savings time and it is therefore an hour out. There is no way to set this. also there's no real way to control the notification you get so if for example a moth starts to fly around the camera all night long then your phone goes nuts. it would be great if you could paue notifications. and the audio is not great but i think could just be the camera.

Garbage. Have to do a physical total reset of cameras to change most important functions. Software will not allow access to the cameras if there is an update available, but when you proceed with the update, it shows none available. A company as big as Logitech should be boycotted for this level of service and user-unfriendliness. Nearly $20 monthly for this, imagine that.

I have had nothing but issues. Will be buying a hardline connected device with wifi access. Have faught for 2 years with this item. Each update screws another thing up. Fix comes and affects another aspect. Unfortunately not reliable. Had a break in on a neighbors car that is typically visible to the camera, didn't record for the whole day with sensitivity set to highest. Really disappointed as I spent $200 for your equipment.

I get fairly quick access to a camera and free cloud storage for events if I download them within 24 hours which is great. The app has never had any problems for any of the several devices where it is installed. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because there is no way to get a live view of my two cameras simultaneously.

good app and very good camera. However it's very annoying the app is forced in landscape mode. it should be in portrait mode. Also, the camera detects an activity when the sun comes out/in of a cloud and change the lighting... it's also a good app to have souvenirs of events (like unexpected baby events)

Got 3 of them,,,there is a delay in seconds for each camera depending on how far the camera is from your WiFi router and depending which WiFi channel you use (1-11) . To minimize the feed delay from the camera to your screen, I recommend acquiring the fastest WiFi Router at the store and choosing the channel with the least interference using a WiFi Analyzer App which explains (choose channel closest to 0 dBm). Also the wired Logi Circle camera is better than the wireless one because it's always plugged in the socket so it doesn't to charge. Logi Circle App software has been updated several times in the past 2 years to fix bugs,,,,,runs pretty smooth now .....Thanks Logitech Easiest security camera to install that I know of by far Works perfectly for me and doesn't try my patience. I use one smartphone per camera for the screen display 2 Huawei P10 (5.5") 1 Samsung S5 (5.0") iphones and or ipads should work like charms also -26 to -32 dBm is the best I get

Great until recently. Our cameras worked flawlessly until they decided to update out of functionality. Logitech has officially abandoned the circle app completely and instead passed off their next generation cameras to Apple home only!!! They are basically turning off our cameras. No longer supporting. Get this app off the playstore immediately. Once they drop connection as of the latest update, they are duds. No fix, no support, no circle. Logitech abandoned ship.

Altho a monthly cost is a little high for my use, I do subscribe. The speed of vehicles going by sometimes causes the camera to not be triggered, but most of the time, speed violaters are recorded going past my small dale home. I love the critters and things recorded, especially during the night.

App works fine. cameras are ok. They skip while viewing remotely. They'll stream fine, then they stop and what you were watching is gone. Kind of defeats the purpose of having cameras if they don't stream or record all events. Not sure why cameras do that. Yes cameras are within 5 ft of wifi router and some are hard wired.

Camera is constantly showing as Offline. It is running on Wifi, approximately 3-4 feet away from router and ALWAYS plugged in to power. I reset the camera, it works for a few minutes while I'm testing it and then the next time I check the app.. offline. Fix this!

Latest update logged me out and the new login system doesn't work to log back in again. Seems others having the same issue. So a home security system with no access and no notifications. Great job guys 👏👏👏 Not ideal solution but I had to search online for an older apk file and turn off Google Play automatic updates until its fixed.

I have been using this camera for nearly two years. Suddenly with the new update on my Android, the camera will not stay connected. I keep having to uninstall and reinstall the app. Even that doesn't work. Basically, my camera is now totally useless. What a horrible way to treat your customers.

Since about mid2019, playback of a recorded video starts and after a few seconds, jumps back to current live video. Very annoying. No response from technical assistance sent 6+++months ago. Not pleased at all.

After not even one year, the camera loses the connection twice a day, even though there is a repeater right next to it. What good is a cam if it crashes all the time and needs a full reset each time??? Canceling my suscription immediately...

App is broken. Live and day brief is fine, but the play back is laggy and jumpy making it useless. If you log onto a computer to look at the camera, play back is fine, so the problem is with the app. Everything is updated as of this post.
