It's amazing how much stress I lost once I got rid of this app. No more notifications on my phone when my schedule changes, no shift violation statements for working o.t., etc. The app locked me out, because I never set up a security question or email and username and password simply are not good enough or something. Getting rid of this app is the best move I ever made. Update: See the response? No link and no help. Choke on your own rules Invalid.. App still trash.

I have been having trouble singing into the app. A few of my coworkers say they're having trouble as well. Just tired to get on their website but the page wouldn't load.

Absolutely does not work as intended. One of many terrible decisions the company I work for has made. Can't see even a quarter of the sections in the app. Tried to sign in from a computer, and it initially refused my log in info, then locked me out because of the security question. And there's not really a straight forward way to contact any support.

Garbage. Won't recognize my password even though I wrote it down. Also says I can't reset the password because I have "no security questions defined". But you can't create an account without defining security questions.

Garbage, this app crashes at least 4 times an hour. Long load times for anything ypu select. Counter productive

This is one of thee worse systems/app Ive ever had to use for a company. It forever crashes, deletes punches and information.

This app gives no control to the user. If I allow notifications, I get useless spammy ones along with the helpful ones I want. The app is filled with alerts, warnings, and messages that just get in the way.

Most of the tabs don't work and it is not user friendly. My entire team struggles with this app. It does not work on my Android phone and only partially works on a desktop. Entirely too much and not quick to function for individuals. Time waster and not positively working for the companies team members.

Terrible customer service does not answer questions and unlike similar apps (ex: Timeforge) there's no option to be notified when you have an upcoming shift. TimeForge will allow a 3-hour notifications in the form of automated texts to remind you when to clock in and out that day. It's saved myjob many times, but Logile doesn't even have a similar option. I hate this app already.

Very useful for checking work schedule, hours, requesting time off. But the biggest problem I'm having is the app is a huge battery drain. If you close out of it, it still runs in background and used 35-40% of battery a day. Top of the list of batt usage on my Note 10+ (which is known for having a good battery and uptime.) You have to remember to force stop it and make sure it's put to sleep every time you're done. But I thought it's not worth the hassle and power drain and had to uninstall

Several weeks ago, this would have been a 4 or 5 star review. This latest update is absolutely terrible! I cannot check my schedule without going through a boatload of gyrations to get my schedule to display. I have to pick a day a week ahead then back to get anything to display in the schedule. If I'm on the last week of a month, I'm completely out of luck. Please remember the old adage, don't fix it if it ain't broke!

We use it for work and it is extremely helpful when you forget when you're working because you dont have to drive to the store to look, you can just open the app and see, it also tells you if your time off requests were approved or not almost within the same day of asking so it makes planning trips easy.

Our company made us switch to this instead of timeforge. Absolutely awful app. It's slow, clunky, and not user friendly at all. Can not see my current time sheet, can not see other schedules, messages sent from store support just link to the home page (which takes over a minute to load on my brand new phone). The time clock system is truly *AWFUL* if anybody from the sprouts corporate offices, please bring us back to timeforge before this is completely solidified. 🙏🙏🙏

Slow. Doesn't automatically sign in. Some features do t work at all and others only work half the time. Very upset my company switched to this. Edit: four months later and now the app won't open. I sign in and it just immediately closes

Had to make the switch from Timeforge. The interface is so busy and not user friendly. Can no longer see other schedules, which was a very good thing to have on TF.

Has annoying popups that you can't dismiss on startup and loads very slow besides. The old app that my company used allowed you to view who you worked with on a given shift, a feature that this app lacks.

I just updated the app and now it's screwed up. When I go to request time off and click on benefits, it's says 404 error blah blah blah. If something ain't broke, don't fix it. I'm getting sick and tired of updating apps and then they quit working properly. Had that problem with Ameren and now you guys. This app is important for my job. Y'all need to get it fixed right. I need it to work properly.

I can't get passed the settings page to even login. So frustrated with this app already.

I keep getting push notifications and when I click on them to take me to them, Logile opens and all I can see is my schedule. There is no where to find these push messages that have been sent to me as they are not in my inbox. Very confusing.

Viewing my schedule is a pain. Before the UI update, the app listed everyday on the same page. Now you have to select each individual day to see what time you work. It's not a good design.

The most user unfriendly program ever. You need to work on it, seriously.

Having this set up on my phone is very helpful and a good reminder.

Just uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Keeps asking for a URL. Worked ok to see my schedule for a while and now I can't do anything. App is no good. Would have loved to give it 0 stars.

The password reset is nonfunctional; the "My Requests," feature is non-functioning including option to request a change in hours/ assignment/department. The security questions I filled out in order to make a sign in/ password reset possible were listed as not completed (after completion onsite) when I did need to reset my password after sign-in failure. Currently, I cannot access my account on this app.

I tried 3 times to just get this to open My boss wanted me to use this to check schedules how does a person do that if they can't get past message saying "" check your internet "" my internet has full bars I suggest it's this app that don't work thnks.

Time Forge was better, this It doesn't load correctly, load screens tend to lag, would like to see others who've been scheduled and who didn't, and what's this that it tracks your work performance??

This app is broken and won't allow overnight worker schedules. So I needed to just delete the days I couldn't work and write my availability in the comments. Once I sent the availability change request my entire schedule disappeared, even the current week. App is STILL broken and whatever algorithm is scheduling me is STILL scheduling me on my ONE DAY I'M NOT ABLE TO WORK! I wish I could give this app no stars.

It logged me out once it updated. I don't remember my password and it doesn't give you the option of forget password. I need to know my schedule. Please help 🙏
