Doesn't work. I tried to add a member, entered all info, including the state, but it would keep giving an error "please enter the state first" as soon as you click on the following field - insurance type. Pickup button isn't working in the app, users have to contact the provider over the phone instead, which is more reliable than this app unfortunately.

I really like the drivers and scheduling staff. I do look forward to seeing any one of the drivers every time I have to go anywhere. But the app is awful and really doesn't work. I looked back through the reviews and they go back 4 years of 1 *. You would think that anytime after the first few 1 *, in the first year, the company would have checked and fixed the problems. It is recommended on the answering recorder to please use the app. They haven't paid attention since it was launched.

The LogistiCare Trip Manager App is... Broken. There's no trip cancellation reasons. I can't cancel rides I do not need or made by mistake. I've seen several people also have this issue with the app, so it's definitely been a problem for others as well. If you could fix that, a lot of people would appreciate it. ALSO: the website doesn't even let you cancel rides! For the same reason! Yikes!

It's efficient in the fact you can know an upcoming trip, who's your driver and what's the address. I'm very introverted and talking to set up appointments are a pain especially since I have a speech problem. This app is currently broken, you can't select a state and it won't let you. And the fact there's little to no updates shows how much they actually care about mobile users. Would not recommend.

This application is SEVERELY flawed. Problem 1: When setting up your account within the system, you are required to select your date of birth. The date of birth selection screen starts at the current date, with a left and right arrow tool to select the month and year of your birth. In order to get to October 1962, I had to click the left arrow more than 650 times. Problem 2: When setting up your account within the system, the application requires you to select the state in which you live from a drop down list. Upon selecting the state from the drop-down list, the input is not recognized, and you are not allowed to proceed to the next input field because the state field input isn't recognized. This appears to be a hastily written, and untested application. I have been a computer programmer since the late 1970s, versed in c, c++, fortran, pascal, xbase database programming languages for dBase & Clipper, Visual Basic, and php. I would NEVER release such a poorly written application to the public. If it were possible to give a rating of less than one star , i would. Please fix this.

The reason this app has so many bad reviews is because it's gotten off to a horrendous start initially.bSeems that with this last update, someone clearly whipped out the bug spray, as the app seems to function just fine most, whereas the last time I looked it, I have many of the same issues that other reviewers describe. I think I may have tried to book a ride through the app once and wasn't able to, but I can't remember for sure, and can easily do so from the website on my phone. Would have given 4 starts normally for that, but with all the negative reviews, I think the devs deserve a star for how far things have come. Some improvements I would suggest is notifications to remind you of a ride 2 days before, and integrating the where's my ride service somehow. There appears to be some sort of read-only message tab set up, so if that was changed to a chat it would facilitate communication between the representatives and riders that haven't been picked up on time, which for me is a common problem. Just a few simple changes to the app could really have an impact on streamlining the whole process for everyone.

This app shows a ton of features however you can't actually use them. The medicaid Transportation is ALWAYS messed up, never on time or just dont show up at all. I also believe that if u are ready to be picked up you should be able to use the pick up button as well as additional features to be added such as a map showing where the driver is, messaging the provider or the driver etc. Please do better... I HAD to give it a 1, but in all actuality, 0 below

Constantly had issues with this app and not being able to log in last year. I thought maybe after a year this would be fixed, no such luck! I had to make a new account and now I can't even finish registering because it isn't picking up that I have entered a state for me to be able to move on to the insurance information. They really need to work on This app! It's useless!

I thought this app was such a great idea...then I tried to use it. I've attempted to book one trip 5 different times on website, Android and iOS apps. Trips just would not register. Several minutes of tedious typing and screen after screen of entering details only to reach the end and get a big fat error message "Sorry, ride cannot be booked. Please try again later." There also needs to be an option to add your frequently visited addresses to your profile for quick access when booking trips.

I'd rate zero stars if possible!! It won't let me add insurance type, keeps asking for me to select a state first, after picking new Jersey about ten times, all of which were to no avail! Is there an older version I could download, I know alot of people who use the app weekly, & absolutely love it, (that's how I found out about the app to begin with) ugh so frustrated! I hate sitting on the phone with them, I have program 6 days a week, and I schedule it monthly.

The WORST app I've ever used. The registration process was easy. The problem was adding the required information of the family member who would need rides. Specifically the date of birth field which your ONLY option is to scroll through to month/date/year you want, you can't key it in. Next I repeatedly received an error message whenever prompted to enter a US state. I gave up and deleted the app.

App doesn't work. It wouldn't allow me to input insurance info because it stated I had to select a state before proceeding. This is somewhat ridiculous as the state was selected in the previous step. In addition, there doesn't seem to be any support for issues. A complete and utter waste of time. I wound up deleting it and simply calling in during business hours.

Complete waist of time, much like trying to book a ride over the phone; annoyingly long hold times (lousy on-hold repetitive music and announcements - to stay on the line or else... duh); the app won't even let you complete add 'new member'. At least over the phone you 'eventually' get a reservation completed... this app is pure 🤬B💩!!!

I couldn't even complete registration since app would not allow me to enter indurance type, telling me I must select a state first, when this had been done. I started over 3 times with same result. I was excited to hear of the app. I am extremely disappointed.

Useless app. It is broken. You cannot get past add your state. The state is selected and shows clearly and then the only other option is select insurance. It wont allow you to select insurance saying the state has to be added first. Then logs you out if you "dont do it" even though i already created an account online but i downloaded the app because the website is faulty as well. It doesnt respond when you click to view your rides or make a new reservation.

Clearly this is a useless app! So disappointing that my health insurance company switched to this transportation company. I was so excited that maybe we would have a functioning app that wasn't always messed up, but that's j not the case. Everybody else who ratef the app had the same issues that I'm having.I can't get past registering myself, it says "Enter State" when I already have, and the last drop-down box is for Insurance & it won't allow insurance bc it keeps telling me to enter my state!

Creating an account with app is problematic. adding member info when selected from drop-down menu the next line is insurance name. triangle caution "select state first" argh. troubleshooted & left unable to complete. I agree the birth data entry is cumbersome. until you can easily select info & not going back manually via each month & year. I am using trip service this week & would appreciate having access.

Worst app ever! Wish I could give 0 stars. It will not let me get past the client info screen. Please fix this glitch as I would like to be able to use this app. Great concept, horrible execution. Will not let me enter the insurance type. Keeps telling me to enter the state first EVEN AFTER THE STATE HAS BEEN ENTERED FROM YOUR LIST OF STATES!!! Extremely frustrating!!

Unable to send verification passcode. Over and over again. Worthless app! I got past the passcode problem but now it wont connect to service. I have tried on several devices using app and browsers. I also tried using mobile connection and broadband. I think the wealthy owners of logisticare are trying to maximize profits by denying access to members.

everything's fairly simple to use sometimes when I close the app and then go to reopen it it's glitchy. also it'd be nice if you had a setting to adjust future rides if you made a mistake or need to change your time and an address you can just open up the trip and edit it for approval instead of having to call and have the modify it

I've had very little problems with this app until recently...the main problem is when I send for pick up the dispatch doesn't receive it so I have to call which is a little nuisance but no biggie. the recent issue is not being able to log in...i feel like it may be because of covid19. Idk but I'm calling in the am. Overall I have enjoyed using the app.

Its hard to write a review on an app that is unusable. I'm unable to select the type of insurance aftet selecting the applicable state. It says I must first choose a state. The app has the lowest rating I've ever seen. Over 10,000 downloads with similar complaints. Doesn't look like anyone has gotten this work.

I am only giving this app 2 stars instead of 1 because I was actually able to book a ride the first time I used it. That was months ago, then it wouldn't even login any time I tried after that, so I uninstalled it. Just reinstalled to see if it works now since it has been quite a while; no, still getting an unspecified error. I can't use the website either; I get a message to check my connection whether I use my cell data or wifi. This is just ridiculous.

I've tried loading this app on 2 different devices. It failed miserably both times. Useless is a definite understatement. Judging by its rating (& countless negative reviews), NO effort is being made to correct the issues. If anyone is considering installing, don't waste your time. I'm deleting once finished here...and good riddance!

I have tried for DAYS to get this app up and running. The site crashes over and over and over again. The ONE TIME I was able to get it running, the app informed me that none of my appointments could be found, and that I didn't even exist! Please get this piece of junk app repaired TODAY!

I get logged in ok and I'm able to set up appointments, but it only goes so far in the future. You should be able to book rides at least a month in advance. Also, the app would be much better if I could request my pick up from the app. Calling for my pick up defeats the purpose of the app to me

this app is just as useless as the website! it wont let you add a member. I have all the correct information and it keeps telling me there was an issue or error. I called many times and they say try this or do this and NONE of it works! they make so much many and cant even provide an app or website that functions properly . please get it together . I would give 0 stars if possible since you cant even use the app whatsoever.

I can not upload my information, I tried on the app I can not get past the enter your state first, so I went to the computer and got on the website and when I enter information it says error unable to connect! This is extremely frustrating especially when you have no choice but to call and wait almost an hour to speak with someone !
