Developer!! Immediately restore access to server!! Several days the app does not allow its users to access their security cameras. Logitech is aware of the issue, but not solving! It must be matter of hours, but not days to fix such error. Fix it ASAP!!!!! One year later. Exact same date and exactly same issue - "Error contacting server". If anybody looks after this app?!
This was a very good system. Having the video go directly to my computer was very convenient. No cloud storage needed. Now it's no longer supported and it has become glitchy. Sometimes it doesn't record for days. And now for the past few days I haven't been able to log in from my Android phone! What the hell is going on?
one of the best camera security systems to start in the game with a subscription. have had these for 6+ years best quality of is time *to all reading this Logitech no longer sports the camera and they are discontinued so so expecting updates and changes.
Disappointed b/c I've had these cams since 5yrs and no upgrade for the app except audio. You can't zoom that's something I really wish y'all would put into the app
Poor tech support app doesn't work for Android i have 10 cameras i pay the yearly fee. But no refunds. App is from 2013 and will not work with updated Android cannot get help from tech support.
Broken, switching from iPhone to Android and this app doesn't work. I know you abandoned this stuff but come on , we bought this in good faith. O will not buy more Logitech products if that is who you treat your once loyal customers.
Doesn't Work. I have a Samsung S9+ and suddenly it stopped working. Someone made some changes and now it doesn't work anymore.
NEEDS TO BE UPDATED !! Worked good with my old phone. Now, with my new one, it says your software needs updated for it to work with the new phone
I can no longer use this mobile app ...not sure why but must have something to do with Samsung upgrade as it works with my Windows 10/laptop...Im now looking for new security system..any suggestions??
i pay the annual alert Commander fee and it doesn't work with newer version of Android. needs fixed!
The android app deoest work at all. No way to fix it! It just happened without notice, alert. That makes my invest money for nothing.
Wasn't working on my Andoid devices for almost a week so I left a very negative comment, but now this time after I logged back in, it's back to it's former glory! I'm very happy again!
This app used to work great but doesnt work with Android any more. Come on Logitech, I thought you were a more reputable company! Fix this!

Stopped connecting to my Android phone few days ago Samsung s6, update found camera works fine with my old Galaxy S3 phone, problem must be with the newer upgrades on the newer Samsung phones
As it hasn't been updated since 2013 it doesn't work with the new Android platform...

This was the greatest security system of all time until I switched from iPhone to Android. Now it doesn't work at all. Nothing but problems I have 4 cameras that I still receive emails of snapshots, but no live viewing. I was told by Logitech that a soon to be released update was going to fix these issues, that was over 2 years ago. I wish this worked as it did when i had my iPhone this would be 5 star review.
