The price of the product is expensive and on the other hand the app and the service is very bad. Each time i have same problem switching between the German and Arabic language. the problem of switching the language through the keyboard why this program is not updated or replaced by something better or that the keyboard system is integrated with the Android system and the user ends all this inconvenience, have the Logitech try to use this app with other languoge i don't think that!

This is really about the K380 keyboard. I would put this review in their website but most or it gives "not found URL"; There are three all but show-stoppers; 1) the Logitech Options software is not available on Android. Even though the keyboard is billed as an Android compatable keyboard. it works fine on Android, but has two showstoppers. 2) When I first purchased it the "@" & """ where on the correct keys, now however, they are now swapped. 3) Shift+cursor key behaves as CTRL+Shift+cursor key.

Does not work with the Logitech K480 on Android. It says I have to pair the keyboard, but it is paired. I have unpaired, re-paired, cleared cache and data. No joy. The "UK" keyboard needs shift + 2 to give @ on android, and a few other anomalies, so I suspect it isn't a UK keyboard as advertised.

Samsung Note 10+. Logitech Craft. Impossible to connect. Your apps don't work. Once you connected to Bluetooth and come back to the menu- this one asks you to reconnect to Bluetooth, again and again. Waisted time for nothing.

I have a Samsung Note 9 and have a K480 Logitech keyboard connected. Downloaded this app to see if Icoule set some of the function buttons to open specific apps. Tried to follow the instructions, and the app would not recognize that the keyboard is connected to the phone. Wasn't able to do anything in the app because it kept taking me back to the connection screen and would not let me get past that to force the app to recognize the keyboard is already connected.

Useless app ... does nothing ... even can't detect that keyboard is connected ... keeps on giving msg to connect to keyboard ... and cant see any feature which is not natively supported by android ... was hoping to customize the keyboard ... but seems its too far fetched for developers of this app !!

Ok so trying to get MX Keys to work with this app. I have the MX mouse 3 and I want to set up flow between my Note20 DEX set up and my laptop, which should technically be possible if can flow accross between OSX and WIN10. Iam typing this on keyboard, so it's paired fine over bluetooth for both mouse and keyboard. but the other thing missing is a way to tell the phone to use the Unifying reciver dongle if you plug one in the USB_C Hub for DEX. We need andoird version of Logitech Options!!!!!!

this app's only extra functionality is to sort out your connection if you do not know how to configure it yourself. It adds absolutely nothing in terms of useability or feature, you can't even see a list of paired devices.

Since 2015 there's no update to this app. The layout is not shown to see the exact layout. Even in a given language there are more than one layouts and there's no way to confirm uless you type each key.

The app is unable even to pair my K375s keyboard. I expected no issues when decided to purchase Logitech product. Unfortunately it works well only on windows. Bulgarian (phonetic) is not working currently in anyway on Android and I'm waiting for customer support reply for 2 days already... Just hopping to hear something soon. At this pint I'm mostly disappointed! I hope a company that is pretending to be a leader to be able to solve some simple issues. Currently unable to give more than 1 star!

Doesn't recognise I've paired the keyboard. Installed it to check if there's a way to write in Cyrillic with my keyboard, well apparently this app doesn't do anything close to that. This app hasn't been updated since 2015 and it's a shame.

Hi Logitech, I purchased the keyboard last month and had trouble connecting it to my 10 Inch pad. However, it works correctly once I down loaded your APP. As an improvement I would welcome a spell checker in the app and key board application as we as humans have become lazy in grammer.

The app has some problems setting Brazilian Portuguese... Some letters type inexistent characters instead of the correct ones... Other smaller apps do the job much better, by the way...

It doesn't work with the k780. It just keeps prompting me to connect a keyboard over and over. Has very few languages. Useless!

Doesn't work on Logitech G613 and Samsung Note 9. Paired using bluetooth, doesn't recognise the fact its paired. I am typing this with the paired keyboard. I just want # to be pound.

usless with several languages, cause when you make default your logitech keyboard when it disconnected, you cannot see onscreen keyboard, even when its connected, but it turned on "make virtual keyboard see"

Everything is great except Ukrainian language is missing in the list of supported languages. Would be graciously appreciated for adding it.

I have new Keyboard K480. The Keyboard is fine, good connect to my phone. But I have a little problem with language support, I can not find Vietnamese language. How I can fix this problem? :-)

Very few language option. I purchased a Logitech Keyboard. But there is no language option for Urdu, Malayalam etc indian Languages. Disappointed..!!!

Doesnt seem work with Logiteck k375s. It says the keybowrd is not connected even thought I am typing on it right now. LOL... So much for my K&M being used seamlessly on 3 devices at once.

It doesn't even recognize that the keyboard is connected (k480), and keeps prompting me to check for an update, which hasn't been released since 2015!

Not optimize with Android 8+. I can't change language by keyboard, or send message by push the Enter.

Device can be paired an I can type but the app does not recognize it. Even new pairing from within the app does not help. Totally useless. Zero Star rating not possible, so 1 Star.

So far so good....but cannot find bluetooth connection to 'find' and connect the keyboard to the tablet... Will try the site at logitech ..no luck... after contcting help I am now fullly connected and ready to go...

Greg is right it's horrible! Only options for Bluetooth, nothing else, and tries to make you stay there.

stupid app just to collect user information. no use with this app. and the keyboard connects to windows 10 and then says no drivers. when checking site, no options on drivers. so bad about this k480 keyboard

I have wrongly assumed this is a helper app for any keyboard, but it is meant only as a tool to fix the poor quality of Logitech hardware.

Does not work with k850. It keeps poping up messagebox "You need tp pair your Logitech keyboard to this tablet. Click next to proceed." Repairing does not help.

Before I found this software, in my K480, letter repeated even many times in Lenovo Tab 4.8. With this software, this problem is no more now. The keyboard left useless for this tablet is is useful tools again.

I use a mediaboard that I purchased for my old ps3 and it is the best piece of hardware I have found. Integration is flawless.
