What a joke. Last app update was August of 2018. The app is completely unusable with the latest versions of Android and Apple. If you can get it to work, you get no confirmation that your documents have been sent. A completely half assed attempt at an app and apparently the developers don't care to keep up with the times or improve it. They did bare minimum and are satisfied with that. I really hope my employer goes back to Transflo. I hate having this waste of space on my phone. Complete junk.
Worked fine for years on Samsung Galaxy S9, changed to an S22 and will not work, screen freezes, won't load. Need to fix this issue, some of us depend on this app. Trying to use it on a Samsung galaxy Tab 8 but it is a struggle.
The new Android operating system has been out for what seems like just under a year and this app still hasn't been updated for it. I can't open the app, it will just freeze on me every time. It's amazing to think that the multi million dollar company that I work for is paying for their 500 plus drivers to use it
Horrible. I've got three pages of the BOL to send and I can only retrieve the first page. I'm not sure if they all went through. FYI, I'm using the built in camera feature instead of uploading pictures
Hmmmmm, Once you enter/log in, you cannot disable "app permissions". The only way I can see to remove permissions is to uninstall. I've unchecked them, opened the app, and it still opens the "non allowed" phone functions. Tho the android app permission in setup have been disallowed. Restarted phone same. Wonder how Google is allowing THAT to happen. Hmmmmm.
Not even giving this a single star (except review won't post without). Worked OK until latest Android update, but now dies as soon as it opens, and, IF attempt to open is from Google Play, THEN there is message that app is for older version of Android. Wasn't terribly disappointed w/ this app until today (Android update 2 days ago), but now, no BOL, no pay. WTH McLeod? Update your damn software!
No confirmation that image was sent successfully. No provision to close app other than a force quit. Not a very user friendly interface.
Real bad. UI is clunky and unintuitive. Slow as can be and rarely receives any updates to support new OS.
Use this for work. Doesnt work with new phone. Worked fine on my galaxy s10+. Doesn't work at all with my S21+. App immediately shuts down. Please update to latest version of android.
Horrible!!! There's no confirmation that your paperwork went through and now since there was an update on my phone I can't even get it to work!!! I want my company to bring back Transflo!
Downloads but won't open. Says app is for older version of android. So I email the company since there's no updates available since 2018. Will see how long it takes them to respond.
The app absolutely would not work on my Android couldn't do anything with couldn't get any help either for a fix for my phone or the app .everyone at my company uses this app but me. Guess I have to throw my phone away
Need to update so newer phones can use app. I upgraded to new phone and can no longer use app unless I downgrade my phone. Also now I can no longer use app for my job to send my paperwork in.

Terrible, clunky app. After an Android update, it stopped working completely.
The app quit working until my phone updated and it quit working it keeps telling me to contact the person in charge of the app
Can't even use the app with the latest Android app , it just closes and says not compatible with latest Android update
I got a new pixel 6 and couldn't install app ended up downloading the apk file from old phone to computer and installed the file on new phone and now works
Only 1 star because 0 wasn't an option. Will not allow log in from my phone, samsung note 8. And note 10
It would be great if you could update this app so it will work with my new phone especially since the company that I work for requires me to use it

Let me download the app and now it won't open says it was made for an older version of the android system Maybe the developer needs to do an update
I update my phone and now the app is telling me it was designed for a older version ,check for update.
Cannot seem to get app to download and open up app download but it just won't open up and stay open

I all ways having trouble with this it never let me finish scanning my bills and it just exited me out of this app
The app is clunky and was difficult to navigate. It's not intuitive and there was no immediate prompt to indicate whether or not the documents were initially transferred. Transflo has a more intuitive and functional app. This app needs to update the user immediately that documents are being sent. There is NOTHING alerting the user. The app just sends driver back to the load screen when you click done. It doesn't tell the driver anything is happening at all.
