The usual log in problems. The positive reviews must be shills. Customer service always denies a problem exists. It's always just me. Normally, I delete any app like this that has recurring problems but since it's my banking app, I can't. My only option is to switch banks which I should have done years ago.
This app is all folks say it is and more. I have been with this institution since the early 90's and have grown with this app for all my banking needs. This credit union and app does all that I need. And that's good because I live 50 miles away from the credit union. I haven't stepped inside a bank in about 10 years. All my banking is done via the app. I recommend logics and this app very highly.
I love the LOGIX app! So easy to deposit checks, transfer money and now using Zelle. I just hope that the amount you can send through Zelle will increase very soon, so I don't have to place 4 separate payments over 2 days. But everything else about the LOGIX app is really useful and very helpful. Thank you LOGIX.
Have not been able to launch app since yesterday. Receiving error message since last night. Update and relaunched and now lengthy load time after entering login credentials...does not launch and then times out or get unable to process request 9999.
Can't beat the convenience of this app when it comes to handling banking transactions. Saves time and fuel by allowing me to avoid going into the credit union to deposit checks, apply for loans, and more. The interface is easy to navigate and allows you to easily categorize transactions to track your income and expenses (many of them are categorized automatically, saving even more time). Setup bill payments for one time payments or recurring payments to save even more time. Thanks Logix!
The app worked better 3 years ago than it does now. I feel like every update makes it slower and thus, more frustrating to use. It glitches often during edeposits (camera app is awful) and takes forever to load, sometimes not loading at all. The graphics somehow seem more dated and less smooth than they did before, as does the interface design. I usually end up going to the mobile site to check my balances, etc. and only use the app if I need to make a deposit (if it even works).
this is absurd. i can't even log-in. it keeps crashing. when i persist and finally get in, i can't deposit a check which is the only thing i want the app for. it's been a week of trying. I'm going to have to go into a branch to deposit. haven't have to do that in years. really frustrating that they forced the switch over to a broken app. I've never had a single complaint about logix (from way back when it was Lockheed) until now.
While most features of this app work well, the main reason I use it is to deposit checks, and it's horrible at that. As everyone knows, the back of a check is blank in the middle, but this app only focuses on that blank area, resulting in fuzzy photos that don't work. I have to retake the check picture many times before I happen to get one that's in focus enough to deposit. The app should focus where I tap the screen so I can tap on my signature where there is something to focus on.
One star until you restore this one key feature. In the old app, you could add a note to a transfer between members. Without that, there is no way to recall what a transfer was for. Beyond that, there isn't even anything on the transaction in online banking that even indicates it was a transfer to another member. Please add the comment feature on transfers like you had before.
I was just forced to install this app after the old one went away. I kept the old version as long as I could because I continually saw my husband having trouble doing e-deposits on the new version. Well, of course this new version isn't letting me do e-deposits either. I get all the way to the end and try to submit then it just keeps spinning and app freezes up. Come on!! This is ridiculous! Fix this issue that the majority of users are having or bring back the old app.
UPDATE: Finally the new app has been updated and the issues with mobile deposit we have been having seems to be fixed! So far no more issues. I am so disappointed in this app. I have tried to do 4 different mobile deposits and all come back as "the amount you input does not match the amount detected". The checks are payroll checks, they are clear and legible. I never had this issue with the last mobile app. I sure hope something gets fixed ASAP!
Leaving one star until the eDeposit algorithm will be fixed. I have the newest Samsung s21 Ultra and it keeps giving me an error: "You entered the wrong amount". It's been happening since one of the updates about 8 months ago. I'll update the rating once the problem is fixed. The checks are printed and not hand written, so I don't see any reason why it can't read the number correctly.
after changing over from the old app, I've had nothing but issues. the whole interface changed, and not for the better. I cant even make an E deposit, regardless of the lighting/focus... also, when I called the member services line. they told me they were unaware of people having issues with mobile deposit when I've read numerous reviews of people having the same issue.
Edit 3/10/19: Using the new version I was able to make two e-deposites. So far so good. Moving to 4 stars. Will update again after more successful e-deposits. No real advantages in the new app over the old except fingerprint login, which is nice. However, it's all meaningless since e-deposit is unreliable at best. I've had one e-deposit work and the rest don't. E-deposit is the most critical function of the app for me. The rest I can do with my browser, but not e-deposit.
the old mobile app was much better. easier to maneuver through the app. this version simply just doesn't complete. it doesn't even let you manually back out of the app. which means the app stays running and using battery even when your not using it. I have to use my phone's features to turn the app off. when I hit back to close the app it doesn't ask if I want to sign out. it's just not good im my opinion.
16 years and have been 99% satisfied with relationship, even after I moved from LA. Love the online chat feature. Every once and awhile phone Cust Serv hasn't known how or when to pass the baton to someone more knowledgeable.
this app is 💩. Not reliable. Notifications never come through when cards have been used for a transaction. I have had to uninstall and reinstall in order for it to work. The older version was WAY better. The Checking and Savings balance is combined at first glance until you click into a specific one, WHY???!!! I do like that I can transfer $ to other members through here
Works perfectly. After I had put a review up stating that the app didn't open up for me, Logix reached out to me personally and helped me address this issue. They even bought the same phone as me then let me know that they had fixed it accordingly. App works perfectly fine now and is very easy to navigate through.
The app is easy to use and customer friendly. If I have issues, I can call customer support. But that's NEVER happened!
Transferring money from checking to savings and to and from my Logix credit card is very simple and happens immediately. The Mobile Deposit feature is very intuitive and also reflects in my account immediately after deposit. Not only does the app make it so you barely have to go in to the bank; but when I do go to the bank their staff are the friendliest and most helpful I've ever encountered and much better than any service at a traditional bank.
App worked fine for me for several years, and then a few weeks ago it started having delays in responding. Now, for the past couple of days I mostly can't even log in and when I am able to, it freezes before I can do anything. When I switch to the website, it works fine, so I know it's the app & not my internet connection. I'm giving up and am going to transfer everything to another credit union -- I do all my banking via my phone, so if that doesn't work, the credit union is useless to me.
I'm almost unable to make an e deposit. I'll have my check, input all the info I need to, spend 5-10 minutes taking one picture of the back of the check because for some reason itll unfocus as soon as I try to take the picture, click confirm, and have it canceled because something doesn't I put in "doesn't match the check". I've had this account for about 2 months. I've been able to cache ONE check, ONE. Aside from that it's overall not a bad app but it's super clunky, feels like it's from 2004.
I'm new and very excited to be w Logix now...I rated 2 stars because the app could use some work. It seems very delayed logging in and to view acct info
Overall it's not bad, but edeposits failed because the image could not be read. I gave multiple attempts with the same result before reverting to the old app where things worked flawlessly the first try. Seems like there might be a bug if the old app works and new one doesn't under the same photo conditions.
I have had intermittent issues with the new version of the logix app from the get go, but now it is borderline unusable. Now every time I launch it I have to enter my credentials, it will load indefinitely, then I have to kill the app and repeat for even a chance at logging in. I'm on a Note 10+ so it isn't like my hardware is bad. They need to get it together because their website is not optimized for phones either. It's almost 2020, so much banking is done online yet this app is so bad.
I love that the app allows me to do just about everything, transfers, payment and even sending money to my other accounts, simple and easy to use.
App works well for the type of banking I do. However, I am unable to install or even see the Zelle option on the app which is a reason for my needing to have an account at another bank.
Easy access to accounts, check deposits, bill pay and statements. Wish I could add new bill payees and search more account history.
It is better than it's immediate predecessor but not the app they had 2 apps ago. The main screen lumps savings and checking into one group (not helpful). More importantly WHEN WILL POP MONEY BE AVAILABLE FOR USE ON MOBILE APP???? It was one of the best features of the original app (that apparently they lost licensing rights to or the company who made the app stopped supporting) then they left us with the previous app which was a hot mess. edit: no pop money and still my slowest banking app.
I can only use Zelle now through this app. It doesn't work anymore and the whole process is more complicated. I haven't even been able to recieve the money I get from my friends. It's honestly very frustrating. Like it sounds cool merging 2 apps but now they both don't work.
