Maps are at least 3 years out of date. I've spoken to support and they say they use google maps. That's not true because when I use them I see my house. I put it on google maps myself months ago. Location won't update since February 27, 2022. I've called and sent email. No response.
This app is no good. I have lojack in my car and I don't know my password whichever email they have I haven't received a notification to change it. Im not even sure if I am registered because there is no where to do that.
I glad I have Lojack suredrive install on my car it very nice feature and their no monthly cost which it is so neat pay one time $599.00 to install it nice to check smart phone during my daughter borrow my car

Great tracker
The app is simple and does what it should. Yes, the maps are out of date, but that's not a critical feature for home use (i.e. you're not using it in place of Google Maps), but it maybe if you're monitoring a commercial fleet ** An important note to the developers: My car was stolen in the middle of the night while I was sleeping. Please make it so that an alarm starts blaring if the car breaks the geo-fence (tripwire).
